There are not enough good things to say about this unit and the owner! We loved everything about it! The host was very nice and accommodating, provided extra care with the amenities and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! The unit is well stocked with anything you could need for your stay from the kitchen to the beach towels, chairs and even a few beach toys for the kids to play with! The decor is so beautiful as well, looks to be professionally done! We would definitely stay here again!

My family has been staying at The Caribe Resort for many years and this is our favorite unit for the past 4 years. Shelaine is always a wonderful hostess and she goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Our family of six - four kids ranging in age from 12 to 4-years-old - just finished up our stay in B105 and it was great! The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room for us all and was well stocked with most any kitchen equipment you’d need, along with plenty of linens. We loved not having to take an elevator and being so close to the fishing dock - our boys LOVED that and I loved that I could sit on the comfy balcony and watch them. The views were unbelievable from the balcony, especially at sunset. The resort itself was in a great location and had plenty to keep us entertained. The shuttle to the beach was a huge plus when lugging chairs, sand toys and worn out kiddos. BUT, the highlight of the condo is the owner - she was so attentive and made sure we were set prior to our trip and after our arrival, and gave some great recommendations for local dining. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone but especially for families.

My wife and I, my adult son and his wife, and my adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed in this wonderful condo. Three parking passes were waiting for us at the gate, and the condo keys were available to us at the front desk.This is the second time we have stayed here as we loved our first visit. The condo is on the first floor which we prefer, and the view of the balcony is of the marina and Robinson Island. The Condo itself is beautiful and beautifully furnished and perfectly cleaned. It is a very short walk down the waterfront sidewalk to Cobalt for a great happy hour and dinner.The owner, Shelaine, is amazing to work with and was very thorough in communicating and trying to get us in the condo as early as possible.I would absolutely recommend this condo and we will be staying there again, as well.

Amazing property!!!

My family (adults, teenagers and school age child) had an amazing time at this property! Amenities were phenomenal and location couldn’t be beat! The variety of pools allowed for both relaxation and play for all ages. The walk to the beach was easy if you don’t want to wait for a shuttle. We saw dolphins, jelly fish, stingrays, hermit crabs, blue crabs, ghost crabs, an Atlantic Black Sea Hare, and tons of Blue Herron and Pelican. The condo itself was beautiful and so spacious. Being on the ground floor made it so easy to come and go. The owner was very responsive and proactive with communication which was so nice! There really were no negatives to our stay. They provide dishwasher and laundry detergent, which was a lovely surprise. The only thing to be aware of is there are no extra paper towels/extra toilet paper, no aluminum foil/plastic baggies/napkins, and there was 1 washcloth in the kitchen and 2 towels. So if you are going to get groceries, pick up some paper goods. We will definitely be back to this specific condo; our kids all agreed they would rather stay here than a beach front condo which is saying a lot! Thank you for an amazing time!

Great property, condo is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats from the balcony. Grandkids loved the slides and lazy river. Owner was very communicative. Would stay again and I have shared with friends for future reference.

Another great stay!

This is our third stay here, and we will be back! Unit was clean, conveniently located on ground floor, and the view of the bay is top-tier. Excellent communication from owner & check-in was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Finally, a True Vacation

We loved our condo! The location was great for shopping, eating out, and recreational activities. It was fantastic staying on the first floor. No waiting on elevators. I was able to take pictures from the balcony of the family fishing off the dock and just walking in between pools. Host was fantastic. Answered all texts promptly. Will stay again for sure!

Fabulous Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! View was breathtaking! Room was immaculate! Being on the first floor was convenient & enjoyable. Condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and host Shelaine was a pleasure to work with who was extremely accommodating! We hated to leave and we are looking forward to return soon. Beautiful view with the convenience of the first floo

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The owner is beyond attentive and helpful with anything you need. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable beds which is a must. The first floor is very convenient and nice to not have to use an elevator. Plenty of outdoor furniture. View is spectacular.

Orange Beach Family Vacation

The parking and check-in process were made extremely easy by the host owner. Parking passes were at the guard gate and keys were at the front desk. The location of the condo is great. First level so no dealing with elevators, and a beautiful view of the bay. The condo itself was beautiful and very well appointed. I will definitely state at this condo again.

Caribe B105 did not disappoint!! Got to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets and watch my boys fish off the piers all from the balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was wonderful including the hostess. Looking forward to staying again.
