We enjoyed the beach and the pools. The resort was beautiful, and the hot tub on the balcony overlooking the beach was a special touch! We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful stay!

We loved our stay! Condo was spotless, beds and furniture were comfortable, and view as well as amenities were to notch. We arrived after hours and security was very friendly and helpful showing us around. We would love to stay again!

The condo was clean. The sheets in the master bedroom were very scratchy and uncomfortable. The hot tub was unavailable 2 out of the 3 days we stayed and we were very disappointed about that. One of the main reasons we choose to stay at Turquoise Place is because of the private hot tub.

Great condo for a family getaway!

We absolutely love the Turquoise Place and this unit was spectacular! Gorgeous views, clean, accurately portrayed in the listing, convenient location and more! We can’t strongly enough recommend!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and well maintained. Communication was the best! I had a few questions and they were very helpful. I would recommend staying in this unit. We would love to stay again.

Excellent view and location. The resort has a lot of things to engage the kids. This was helpful since one of ours got stung by a jellyfish... The pools, slide, and lazy river gave the kids an entertaining break from the beach.

seems like the unit needs maintenance, neither jet tub worked and outside faucet is broken . over all we still had fun and it was very nice

Beautiful

This condo is very nice! Comfy beds, great furnishings and the balcony was our favorite! We did have an issue with the dryer that was promptly tended to with a temporary fix to get us through the week! We found several dirty dishes in the cabinets and the condo needs a good deep cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again!!! Turquoise place is a great complex and this condo was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is huge with large open living space and massive balcony. Extras like the ice Machine were a huge plus. The building has nice indoor pool and hot tub for the cooler days. Overall - we are sold and will be back again for sure. I had one issue and the management company was very responsive and great to work with - I rent 3 times a year in different areas on gulf coast and the management company was the best I have worked with so far.

Beautiful condo

Turquoise Place has fantastic amenities. The condo was beautifully decorated. We had a couple maintenance issues (lights in closet not working and missing light bulbs in a couple of lamps) but they were taken care of immediately. Charlotte responded promptly when I messaged her. I would have given 5 stars except for some small cleaning issues. High end condo should be spotless but there were a few stains on the rugs, vanity bench and the cleaning crew left a used comforter in the dining room. But minor compared to all the positives.

Pictures are misleading - furnishings extremely worn and soiled

Not only was the apartment/condo itself, very disappointing, the overall care of this building/grounds have declined immensely over the years. Tower C pool was not even available and neither was the fitness center. Construction immediately on east end of the tower was recurring with jackhammers bright and early each day at 7AM. Hot Tubs throughout the building were not available and being removed from the Condos daily, interrupting guests stay. Water to our own unit was completely turned off from a period of 12P to 5P and again at 10P on Friday of our stay. The owner did adjust our rate by taking $800 off of the stay, but if we had a better understanding prior, we would not have rented at all.

Family vacay

We had a week long stay; I was initially concerned when a previous review stated the property was rundown and not like the photos. I’m here to say that’s not the case. Orange beach is more quiet and family friendly. The resort offers 2 daily activities at 1030 and 130. Sometimes there’s a small fee 5-10 dollars but for the most part it’s free and fun. Our stay was pretty enjoyable! The only negatives: as of now until early 2024 they’re doing construction beside the “c” tower. While inside the condo it’s not an issue but if you like to sit and enjoy the balcony between the hours f 5am and 5pm you’re gonna hear the noise. They say they give you one complimentary of everything; however I could not find a dish washer pod or the laundry detergent. The dispensers in the shower; don’t even bother they don’t put enough in there for a single use and seems kinda pointless. All the money I’m sure they make I feel like they could just fill the things up but whatever. There’s also NO BEACH SERVICE PROVIDED. This was a first for me every condo we’ve rented it’s been included. Just a heads up it’s 40 dollars a day to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. Lastly the balcony door in the main living area the lock was Broke upon arrival. Making it Difficult to open and close that door. Meaning it was easier to access the balcony from the master suite but then you’re interrupting someone’s sleep if you’re an early riser or whatever. I sent an email regarding it but it was not fixed during our stay.

We used the hot tub several nights and the grill for some great steaks on a night in. There was plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook more. The condo was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of great restaurants nearby including Zeke's, Doc's Seafood, and Cobalt. The view from the balcony was amazing. Brandy at Phoenix Rentals was easy to work with and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this condo.
