Beautiful view

Excellent view of the Gulf and beaches from the balcony, living room, kitchen and bedroom! Very clean, nice decor, good size bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space. Alarm clock in bedroom which I liked since I don't do phone alarms. Walking distance to small grocery store, coffee shop and bar and grills. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

Nice 2 bedroom upper floor, Condo with a spectacular beach view balcony. The building has carts near the elevators that you can use to haul your personal items from the car or the beach up to your condo. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The only con was that the dishes in the cupboard were dirty upon our arrival. (Just stating to let the owner know.) Other than that, the Condo was perfect for our week stay. Easy access to the beach was a plus and many great restaurants nearby if you choose to eat out. The central location of this condo allowed us to explore other areas. We took side trips to Pensacola, Destin and Panama City beaches as well as a day exploring New Orleans. We also checked out the USS Alabama Battleship in Mobile. Lastly, we rented E-bikes and rode the many trails at the Gulf State Park. This is a great area to visit for those looking for activities to do or just hanging out at the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo in Gulf Shores.

lovely condo, well equipped, lovely updated bathrooms, location and view can't be beat, quick response when vacuum and air conditioner didn't work. only negative was we never could get the door lock to work..we will be in the same condo next year in Jan and Feb also

Perfect porch

We absolutely loved our stay! Kitchen was well stocked with extra plates, glasses and utensils. Beds were super comfortable. The porch was very cozy and made our stay even more perfect!

Beautiful view but still lacked

Looks just like the pictures, but smaller. Clean, but outdated and worn. Not enough towels and the ones that were there were thin and scratchy. (Bring your own if an option) No beach chairs, we had to rent them. ($110 for two chairs for three days). Listing didn’t mention this. There weren’t any instructions for the pool access, even though the pool was in the listing. Otherwise we loved it - well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and beds, amazing views of both sunrise and sunset.

Only issue was dishes. Every dish i pulled out of cabinet was dirty. I just loaded dishwasher to make sure everything was clean. The extra blankets had stains so i washedvthose as well

4th of July Trip

We had a great stay at this condo. This is a very nice condo and we loved the large balcony! It’s in a great location and even on the 4th of July weekend the beach in front of the condo didn’t seem overly crowded. The only complaint about this condo is that my husband and I stayed in the guest bedroom. The bed is not comfortable at all and really needs a new mattress. The comforter did have many stains on it and when I pulled the comforter back there was a full body sweat stain on the sheets. I believe they were clean and just stained. Either way, thankfully, they did have a spare set of sheets in the room and I just changed the sheets out.

Anniversary trip

10 out of 10, pictures are spot on, location is perfect, everything was clean and absolutely perfect! Property manager very professional. All in all wonderful trip! We will definitely be booking here again with out kiddos!

Locked out/ elevators

On our second night in the unit the keypads batteries died and it took the property manager 2 hrs to get a lock smith to gain access to our unit because there was no master key to be found for the lock. This is also not the first time it happened there is another review from July 2022 that had the same thing happen to them. Emailed the property manager to see if there was any compensation that could be awarded and was met with no response. Nearly everyday one or both of the elevators would stop working meaning you had unreal wait times for the elevator to arrive and once had to walk 7 flights of stairs. Some of the towels had spots on them. The mattress in the master bedroom is completely wore out. The fan in the master bedroom roars very loud at any speed. The water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced because the water was barely flowing. All in all would not recommend the Island Royale or Vacasa.

Review

We found that the dishwasher was still running after 3-4 hours, so I opened the door to stop it. Everything else was great. Need a couple more blankets for the beds though.

Never again.

The battery in the keyless entry of the condo died. Property owner would not answer. Hell did not arrive until 3 hours later leaving stranded outside the room. No lock box on site containing a physical key. Terrible experience. Member in party is diabetic which could have caused a very serious situation.

Great condo

Location is right by the beach. Condo is spacious and has everything you need. We had a hiccup as our lock after we had arrived and moved in quit working. The batteries had died. It took three hrs to finally get a locksmith there to open the door and replace the batteries. We were compensated. After that no problems.
