The view was amazing!! Everything was nice. Shower curtains are a little short and make a mess when showering so be aware. But everything else, couldn't be better.

Crazy thermostat crazy alarm went off Dirty pots and pans. No screen on window. No one even cared.

Kid stuck hand in window when I was dressing. An Alarm from the TV box went off at 7:00 am. Sounded like police raid. The owner turned air on while we were out and we were all asking each other who did it 3 times!!!Not relaxing at all. Pam’s in cubbord were filthy!!! I talked to the people we were told to nothing done

Awesome location

The property was as described in listing. The views were amazing. Joe with security greets everyone with a smile and fist bump. My only complaint is with the sofa bed. Impossible to sleep on. I will most definitely be back.

Check in bad. Code did not work. 4 codes given to us. Lock was bad batteries not working.

Great location comfy beds floors not clean Trouble checking in on arrival. Maintenance man called for next morning repair. Could not start vaca until he came and repaired. He said door very bad like someone tried to kick it in. I have photos of lock and door. Would like some compensation for our trouble. Pam Lostutter

Stay at Royal Island

Great view & parking. Pool was relaxing. Overall a nice stay. We'd rent again. A few things that would be nice to be upgraded. Towels were old, thin and scratchy. Mattress cover was stained, sheets kept slipping off corners of bed, perimeter of floors looked like it needed cleaning.

Outdated and dirty

Upon arrival there was a bottle of windex sitting on the chair in the den. In the guest bathroom, one of the cabinet doors was off the hinge. I contacted the property manager and notified her of the hinge and her response was “the property owner hasn’t fixed that yet?” I also let her know about the windex being left out and asked her to send a blanket because there was not a blanket for the pullout sofa. Speaking of the pullout sofa, the mattress was so thing and worn, the springs pushed through and made it uncomfortable for my daughter to sleep on. There was dust gathered at the ac vent. The curtains in the den had water mark stains on them. Baseboards were dirty and dusty. The carpet in both rooms was stained and so disgusting that we wore shoes. The sofa and chairs were brown stained. The bedroom furniture was sticky to touch. All appliances were outdated. The dishwasher sounded like a freight train. There was a 1” exposed metal area on the tub where the epoxy was missing. The towels provided were paper thin and bottom of the barrel. The cheapest toilet paper on the market. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the 10ft ceilings with the 9ft door that had a towel rack attached. You needed to be about 8.5ft tall in order to hang your towel. The thermostat was digital but auto set to stay at 72. When I would bump down to cool the place, within the hour it would automatically go back to 72. I took many photos for documentation. But the view was great.

Great location, ok room

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Island Royale. First time the room was amazing. This room did its job but was kinda disappointing. Like others have said, the furniture in the bedrooms is way oversized. Lots of bumps happened. The room smelled of weed when we first entered. The floors were ok, around the baseboard areas were gross. Basic cleaning had been done for a while here. Shower curtains were too short and had blank mold all over them. Toilet seats were very old. Sofa and chair were very used. Room needs updating badly. Probably won't go back to this room but the condos themselves are great. Quiet and amazing view and balcony. Saw dolphins and watched the parasailers every morning. Pool is fun, got a little nasty by the 3rd day. Hair chunks and food in it.

Great Trip

Very satisfied with the property. Only issuse was a problem with the light in the guest bathroom. Reported it on Wed. but no one responded. Otherwise a great trip.

House was a little stuffy upon arrival and the smell of being closed up was present. Otherwise, everything was good. We will definitely return.

Loved it!

I was extremely happy with this rental! The check in process is easy, the rooms were exactly as pictured... but that view!!! It was perfect and just an elevator ride down to the beach! I will defintely stay here again.

Great location, good property overall

We enjoyed our trip. The condo is not fancy and could use updating and a good cleaning. They should get new mattresses and a better couch, more comfortable outdoor furniture and larger tv and an extra chair in den would be nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies and balcony view is great! The property is nice and is a great location on the beach and close to lots of things walkable.

Not great.

The building and pools were nice. Directly on the beach. The condo itself needs updating and it needs a deep cleaning. Had a musty smell. Carpets are old as well as the furniture. Plus the AC unit was out for 2 days/ 1 night.
