The cozy space features has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed.., perfect for a small group or family. With amenities like AC, heating, toast oven, toaster, rotisserie oven, indoor grill, pressure cooker, rice cooker, Chinese wok, a hair dryer, iron, guests will feel right at home. This was a warm and inviting space. CC even offered me breakfast. I was a single woman in for a class reunion and had be somewhere on Sat and Sunday mornings. It was lovely coming back to relax and read. The space is small perfect for a couple with a young person. The patio over looks the river. The house is on a cul-de-sac perfect for strolling around the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Well lit path at night to the back, private entrance. Small fridge but holds a lot. Microwave, kurgurg and rice cooker. Minutes to 95 and the Hutch. Easy to get around. I hope to return. Thanks so much.

The owner was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was far below my expectations. The space was not clean, and the bathroom was in terrible shape — the toilet area had visible dirt and bugs, the floor corners were filthy, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The room had a strong musty odor, like an old building that hadn’t been aired out for a long time. Unfortunately, the place was too dirty for my standards, and I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower because of how unsanitary the bathroom was. This feedback is meant to be constructive — the property could be much better with proper cleaning, maintenance, and ventilation and the community is lovely and safe.
