For the value this hotel is in a great location. Close to the airport and plenty of food options. Also the room and bathroom was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was also very cordial. Check in was smooth and quick.
The hotel met our expectations. It was a good stay for the cost. I would recommend this hotel to friend and family.
The room was spacious and it would be great if clean towels and bed made up each day
Was in Greensboro after a friends wedding for a few days. This place is definitely not a resort, however, good value, comfortable and clean most importantly. Hotel was under renovation during my stay and the fire alarm went off a few times awkwardly. In the end... good experience, close to airport if that is what you are after and close to shops and food.
Love the convenience of this hotel with regards to the PTI Airport. Have stayed many times. Great value for your dollar and perfectly located.
We flew into Greensboro and needed to spend the night before heading to VA to visit family. This place was perfect. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly and it was CLEAN.
Fine for the money for a single guy with only moderate expectations. Room clean, bed great, TV on wall was great. Kitchen an added bonus.
The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. When my husband called the front desk to ask for more pillows, we were told that the woman who could get us pillows wouldn't be in until the morning and denied giving us more pillows.
Outside of the smelly halls, the rooms were very decent. The front desk staff was Ok minus one guy who completely ignored me for 30 before answering me. The rooms are decent sized and accommodates all of my long distance traveling needs.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Crestview Suites. We visited Greensboro, NC to attend our son's graduation from college. Our stay was pleasant, welcoming, and affordable! Thanks for everything!
It was horrible!!! here was no hot water, door knobs fell off, tub backed up and all this black junk came up in the tub, kitchen sink squirted all over kitchen, there were bibs crawling on ceiling and window sills and who knows where else, smoked detector was covered in plastic, drywall repairs were not painted and drywall dust was everywhere including on the carpet, no chairs for the table! Terrible experience so we had to leave and we expect a full credit!!!
Stayed at the hotel about a year ago. It wasn't bad at all. Amazing how much it has gone down hill in a year's time. Our room, for the most part, was clean. The reception desk looked to be falling apart. The tub in our room had a giant hole in it, that they attempted to patch. Carpet & walls in the hallway leading to our room were nasty. I didn't have high expectations. If you just need a place to sleep, it's ok, I guess. I doubt that we will stay here again. Looks to be lots of out-of-town construction workers staying there during the week.
It was enough for the one night but the check in staff were unorganized and wait time was extremely lengthy. The front desk clerk Aisha was rude and very unprofessional.
Needed a room for 5 nights for an annual trip to the area for a sporting event. Needed a refrigerator and wanted to save some money. Check in was easy. Our room was just barely acceptable. Musty smell. reclining chair was stained as was the carpet on the floor. Bathroom seemed clean. Beds were comfortable enough but in general the rooms are very run down. We did save money on our trip so the price made up a little for the dingy room. Not sure that I would stay here in the future.
The hotel is basically "you get what you pay for." It wasn't the cleanest, but certainly not the dirtiest either. Basic necessities were met and it was nice to have a stove top (that was really the biggest reason we stayed). Overall, it is in a decent location and the price wasn't too bad.
Tammy is a wonderful manager, as she has made sure difficulties have been corrected. I always check your availability first.
This was a great hotel for it to be a last minute idea. A lot of space for a little price. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice except for a couple little housekeeping issues but it was quickly resolved with a smile. There wasn't a lot of kitchen utensils to use; not sure if u have to ask at the front desk or not but it didn't matter. Had a great time anyway. I would definitely stay again for any amount of time.
Clean hotel. Had everything we needed. Loved being next to a few restaurants & the bouce n fun next door. Overall good experience
i always stay at this hotel when I go to nc.. I love it the workers here are so nice
The bathroom was so dirty. The shower curtain had grime on it and the toilet had brown rust on its base. The carpet is filthy. The beds are hard. I will never stay here again.
