This property is just as listed. One bedroom with 2 small beds and a small bath with a tricky shower, but the response to our questions was immediate.The stairs from the parking lot are tricky (railroad ties with gravel), so be aware. It's one of the cleanest places we've stayed! Right next to downtown.

Cute town and extremely convenient location. Loved the “quiet” side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well stocked and nicer than anticipated. We had a couple of maintenance issues - the smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires and the living room one was removed with the wires hanging down. Sofa bed was also broken when we pulled it out to use it. The living room smoke detector was replaced a couple of days after arrival. The bedroom one was still hanging when we left. They responded quickly to messages, but maintenance had to be performed when they were scheduled to be onsite. Would stay there again as it was clean, quiet and well stocked.

Great stay in Grand Lake!

We have been to Grand Lake many times over the years, but this was our first stay at the "Loose Moose." It was wonderful! Easy to find, easy to check in, and the place was exactly as described in the listing. Excellent location as you could easily walk to the boardwalk, yet there is enough distance from the hustle and noise. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again next time we travel to Grand Lake!

CO Fishing Trip

My nephew came to Grand Lake to do some fishing. So we were looking for a place we were close to Kirk's fly shop & close to the lake. It was as advertised & check in & out was easy. My only complaint (is nothing to do with the property itself) is I wish there was a closer big grocery store.

Phenomenal accommodations and locations.

This one of the best short notice vacations my wife and I have ever been on. Last minute decision to get away for the week of Halloween and we couldn’t have picked a better time of year. The accommodations were top notch with fantastic rates and in beautiful location. The combination of snow, golden aspens and low crowd numbers made for a very pleasant stay! Lovely weekend

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. There were a few minor problems/issues but the management team were quick to respond, and we appreciated this. The one thing I wish could be corrected is that you can't close the bedroom door due to a bed being in the way. It makes it uncomfortable if one guest goes to bed early and the other wants to stay up watching TV. And I would think it would be nice for parties larger than two people. Thank you for the nice stay.

It was very close to the downtown boardwalk/main street and close to different dining options. We had a pretty good view of Grand Lake and enjoyed watching a bear destroy the garbage bags just down the street from the front balcony/porch area.
