Loved the way the lobby was decorated, very warm welcome. Our room was great, comfortable and clean. Overall very pleasant and had everything we needed.

Excellent location to Route 66. Lobby has fresh popcorn for it's guests.

There were stains on the pillows and comforter. the toilet was not level. You felt a big lean to the right. You couldn’t open the door to the bathroom all of the way. The shower head had so much calcium and crud built up I wondered if it would work. Well it blasted me as if it were a fire hose. I couldn’t get out of that place fast enough. Never again.

The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and deep cleaning. Our carpet was stained and there was hair in the tub and bathroom floor. Overall a decent hotel.

hotel nice, bar nice place to kick back & relax, clintell real nice.resterant in hotel much to be desire. On 1 to 5 scale, I give it a 2.

Had to leave early on business and they refunded me promptly on the room I didn't use

Filthy carpet. Smelly room. a little pricey for the value.

We stayed there because it was right on 40 highway. Suite was pretty good size but comfort level was just okay. We liked the breakfast at the restaurant next door called Rodeo. Very small town but convenient for going to Grand Canyon by train or by road. Also convenient to going to Las Vegas.

Dog odor in hallways and room, crumbs on floor, dead bugs on bathroom sink and dirty toilet; facility was pretty gross but nice people

Hotel was fine. Nothing special. Fridge in room did not work. Convent location

Added charge to room after orbit set the price. They had no explanation why, refused to honner Orbitz price quote. There answer. ( everyone charges more for the room in Williams once you get there )

Condition of the hotel and room was terrible.. clean but not maintained welll.

Not to bad of a hotel the.the breakfast at the restaurant is priced a little high for the quality of food.if your going to use the pool in the evening you might want to bring your own towels.

E-Z check-in, reservation was without issue. Common area Interior was disappointing. A/C unit was noisy and did not work up to par. For the price, better mattresses are warranted.

great hotel to stay at Williams...we saved $$$ by avoiding hotels inside the grand canyon park...very clean room and bathroom...really enjoyed it...52 miles, a short drive into Grand canyon national park....highly recommended

Pretty clean, nice service, provided a free crib. Breakfast not included, you need to pay. Close to South rim Grand Canyon.

Clean hotel. Easy on/off the freeway for our trips to Grand Canyon and Bearizona. Very quiet while we were there, so we got lots of rest. The furniture was a little worn out, but we knew we weren't going to a luxury resort. The bedding and towels looked in good condition and clean. Loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Very close to some amazing restaurants- just a 5-minute drive and we found great food for both breakfast and dinner. Gas stations nearby and on way to freeway for a easy start for home. Front desk staff not overly friendly, or even acknowledged us as we came in or out, but, again, we knew it wasn't a luxury resort, so we didn't expect it.

TERRIBLE. People above must of had so many people and kids. Too much noise. Did not let us sleep. Made noise till 1am. Also kids ran up and down hallway. Air conditioning did not work properly.

If you really just wanted to stay in a hotel for sleeping, it's the right choice. Very close to the polar express and food amenities but other than that, nothing special about it. Pretty pricey for an ordinary room

The hotel ended up charging a lot more than the orbitz price and isnt worth it.
