Added charge to room after orbit set the price. They had no explanation why, refused to honner Orbitz price quote. There answer. ( everyone charges more for the room in Williams once you get there )

Condition of the hotel and room was terrible.. clean but not maintained welll.

Not to bad of a hotel the.the breakfast at the restaurant is priced a little high for the quality of food.if your going to use the pool in the evening you might want to bring your own towels.

E-Z check-in, reservation was without issue. Common area Interior was disappointing. A/C unit was noisy and did not work up to par. For the price, better mattresses are warranted.

great hotel to stay at Williams...we saved $$$ by avoiding hotels inside the grand canyon park...very clean room and bathroom...really enjoyed it...52 miles, a short drive into Grand canyon national park....highly recommended

Pretty clean, nice service, provided a free crib. Breakfast not included, you need to pay. Close to South rim Grand Canyon.

Clean hotel. Easy on/off the freeway for our trips to Grand Canyon and Bearizona. Very quiet while we were there, so we got lots of rest. The furniture was a little worn out, but we knew we weren't going to a luxury resort. The bedding and towels looked in good condition and clean. Loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Very close to some amazing restaurants- just a 5-minute drive and we found great food for both breakfast and dinner. Gas stations nearby and on way to freeway for a easy start for home. Front desk staff not overly friendly, or even acknowledged us as we came in or out, but, again, we knew it wasn't a luxury resort, so we didn't expect it.

TERRIBLE. People above must of had so many people and kids. Too much noise. Did not let us sleep. Made noise till 1am. Also kids ran up and down hallway. Air conditioning did not work properly.

If you really just wanted to stay in a hotel for sleeping, it's the right choice. Very close to the polar express and food amenities but other than that, nothing special about it. Pretty pricey for an ordinary room

The hotel ended up charging a lot more than the orbitz price and isnt worth it.

The night manager was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect if you are taking the train to the Grand Canyon. Williams was awesome as well. We had a great stay here for two nights. Very good value for the money.

The room is good and clean. It's easy to find the hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I have booked 3 nights in Las Vegas and 2 nights in Grand Canyon. I have done this booking using phone, while booking i told the Orbitz agent that i need hotel which is near to Grand Canyon Skywalk. Orbitz agent informed me that Ramada William is very near to it and it will be best for my trip. I told her i do not want to waste my time in traveling and i need hotel near to skywalk, i trusted orbitz and i booked it. from my hotel Grand Canyon Skywalk was 200+ miles i wasted my one day on travling and the room i got in Ramada William was very very bad, it was very small, it was stinking i was not able to sleep and hotel was having no other room except that and i was having no other option, i have called orbitz support agent and i informed everything he kept me on hold for more then 1 hour and there was no output after that. i would request reimbursement on Ramada Williams as my complete trip was wasted because of this, i was given false information while booking this was not excepted from orbitz. The staff was great but the rooms in this hotel need to be updated and the pool area needs some TLC - lights out, weird stuff floating in the pool, kind of dirty.

Poor bed. Curtains wouldn't close tight. Staff used duct tape to close.

Could not connect laptop to wifi. Others complained of same problem.

A good hotel for the money. comfortable beds and clean room. close to town and the canyon. on route 66 which for me was exciting. i am a corvette owner and loved driving the mother road.

Good value if you are going up to grand canyon. Williams is a great town with nice restaurants and live music. Indoor pool and big jacuzzi. Staff were friendly. Only downside compared to other hotels, breakfast is not included.

I took 3 bed room with my family.the rooms are very good and spaceous. We enjoyed our stay.

Room is dated. Towels, comforter and blanket are old with stain marked and holes). Front desk staff not friendly.
