Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The room was clean, but the bed was hard as concrete. Both my husband and I woke up at 4am because we could not lay in the bed any longer. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
The staff is whatever! They need to smile and be more friendly. Breakfast ISNOT included but it is available. 13 $ per person. Coffee 4$, orange juice 4$. They didn't come clean the room nor offered clean towels. They ran out of coffee and didnt provide anymore till the next day. The grab and go breakfast is pathetic. The juice was already expired and the muffins had a funny taste. The tv has only regular tv. If you come early; they WILL NOT let you check in early so please come at 3pm or after. Other than that it was an ok stay...
The property is conveniently located. Staff is friendly. However the room was in extreme need of a renovation. The furniture was stained and peeling. We only stayed at the property because there was no availability in any of the other hotels in the area and we were extremely tired and needed to rest.
The property is very old and outdated. Definitely did not look like a Wyndham property. The coffee/cappachino machine was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was not included. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned and specify we wanted new towels or we weren’t given them even if all of our towels were on the bathroom floor. They would just take the old towels and leave us with nothing.
Pool and Hot tub
Not my favorite place. Property needs updating.
We were put in an animal friendly room and it had a bad odor. Very disappointed in the room.
We booked here because they have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. When we checked in we found out the bar and restaurant are only open Wednesday through Saturday. We were there Sunday -Tuesday. Making it inconvenient. The rooms were nice and staff was pleasant also.
Bad
This is a 2.5-3 star hotel. I liked that we were able to get a room with 3 queen sized beds for our family of six. I also liked that they only charged $35 for our dog. The hotel wasn't super fancy, but as we moved across the country, it was a good place to stop and rest.
Everything was gone
