This property has a lot of potential but really needs someone to check the apartments regularly for condition / maintenance. Numa is well located, close to all of the major sites, easily walkable to Alhambra (15 minutes to the Puerta de Granada, up through the park and you arrive at the front entrance) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The first room we stayed in (1 bed with terrace) was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Unfortunately all of the building’s HVAC units are installed just outside the bedroom window and it sounds like someone is mowing the lawn - non-stop, all night. We contacted Numa to request a room change and the first person we spoke with said there are no other rooms of the same category available and suggested earplugs. It was late so we decided to try sleeping on the pull-out couch on the living room - this was terrible for our backs and not a sustainable solution for 5 nights. At 5am I reached out again and this customer service agent was far more helpful and offered a different room without terrace one floor down. We accepted the change and our room rate was adjusted accordingly. Phew! The second room was slightly smaller but much quieter. The only issue we had was a sewer odor that percolated through the apartment. During the day we would leave the windows open to air things out but as soon as they were shut the strong smell returned. We were unable to pinpoint the issue (tried running and not running the heat)

Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!

Amazing value, great space, perfect location

We absolutely loved staying at Numa Vega apartments. Firstly, the prices are amazing and represent incredible value. The apartment was so spacious, which felt like a real luxury after staying in hotels for the last couple of weeks. The apartment was perfectly clean, with a washing machine (much needed), fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and stylishly decorated surrounds. We didn't have to interact with any staff at all during our stay because everything ran so smoothly, including check in and check out. The location was also really great, being very walkable to all the sights we wanted to see. Even the walk to the Alhambra was only 20-25 minutes. We really loved staying here and highly recommend this place.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! Arrived at the address to find a door that required an access code which we didn’t have. Attempts to contact to property manager did not work as the number didn’t work. After three hours in the Starbucks down the street trying to get hold of someone or find another means in we gave up and booked another place. TERRIBLE start to our time in this wonderful city. Not looking forward to my calls to Hotel.com when I get home to rectify this. DON’T BOOK HERE.

Alojamiento perfecto excepto la 504 a huir !

El apartamento 504 es estupendo. Limpieza impecable estado casi perfecto. Muy chullo y terraza de 10, grande y con vistas de ensueño. Pero infortunadamente es impossible dormir en la habitación del piso. Esta pegado un cuarto de todos los grupos de calefaccion y aire acondicionado del edificio que hacen ruido muy fuerte todo el dia y la noche. Este alojamiento es perfecto pero si te proponen el piso 504 el mejor y mas grande de todos huye ! Ni intenta al menos que seas sordo.
