The Daydreamer was well located, and very attractive, with trompe l’oeil fragments on the ceiling. Everything was well appointed, and the shower gel smells wonderful. The staff was responsive and helpful.

Spacious, great location and clean

I was prepared to provide The Hide the highest possible rating when we arrived. The location and space are perfect. Unfortunately, the communication was very bad. I had planned to use the dryer, but when trying to communicate about it not working with the staff, I did not hear back after multiple attempts.

We stayed in the Suds & Soda apartment. Perfect for the 2 of us and the dog for 2 nights. Fantastic location with wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars all on the doorstep plus it's a really easy walk into Ghent centre.

All perfect, just a little bit loud early in the morning, we are aware it was because of some constructions around, overall the place it’s really nice, and the staff very efficient when trying to solve an issue with the booked room, they upgraded us to another one of their rooms, which we appreciate very much.

Amazing stay

The entire experience was great. The location was ideal, room was clean and spacious. The property was very clear and swift on instructions for checking in and parking. Also dog friendly. Overall would recommend The Hide to absolutely everyone travelling to Ghent.
