Beautiful room, outstanding view! Awesome food. Outstanding service.

The Hotel does have a lot of things to do for families but everything cost extra. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, just as a quick getaway. There was no parking close to the villa nor could the golf cart take us to our room. We got there late and had to wake up two toddlers and walk with our luggage, up a hill to our room. Not a great way to start off. The next day we got up to visit the indoor waterpark, since this is the only reason we booked here. Only to find out, this was not included in the cost of staying as a guest. The waterpark is $20 per person (family of 4 $80+). The waterpark doesn't open until 11 and checkout is 10 am. If you need a late check out then it's an additional $15 per hour. We incurred a lot of unexpected cost at this hotel and can't imagine staying there again - nothing special about the hotel.

I dislike this hotel because the whole time you are there you are chased by timeshare scams- beware of the 90 min presentation and "vip" freebies 6 hrs of wasted time!

Though we requested connecting rooms and they were available and we were told on check in a number of times that they were connecting, the rooms were one room apart and the connecting room was not provided. Parking was a nightmare if you arrived late at night. The views were great and rooms were clean staff were friendly and helpful.

First trip to Gatlinburg, loved the hotel. Lots of amenities. Friendly staff, very clean. Very happy with this resort style hotel.

Check in took about 45 minutes due to my reservation not being found and the woman at the timeshare table told me if my autistic son was "bad enough" he might get into the water resort free. Not to the best!

This was or first trip to the mountians. The resort was beautiful and very nice. The staff was great and helpful. The kids loved the swim park being to close. Our room was better then we expected. We thought we we're getting a room with everything in one room and no kitchen. When we arrived we we're surprised to find out that the room was more of an apartment look then hotel. The bedroom was divided from living room and had a kitchen. We will be back on our next trip.

We absolutely loved this place! It had all the amenities that you could ask for. Just wish the waterpark was included in the stay.

I did not like being bombarded and pressured by staff about doing their tour and buying into their timeshares. Once I declined they were not nearly as friendly.

We were only staying for one night and was looking forward to the indoor waterpark. However, the hours were from 11am to 7pm as well as the $18.95 fee that was not disclosed on the website. Also, there was no dead bolt on the room doors which I was not happy about considering I have a 2 year old that can open doors.

The room had mold in the bathroom and main sitting area around the window. I will not stay there again. I didn't know it was a time share (Prob my oversight) so when I they tried to get me to sit through a presentation I declined. Thankfully, the guy attempting to get me to come was nice enough not to be pushy.

It seemed like the walls were made of paper and the floors creaked. There was a bit of a "hustle" when you came into the hotel as your room key was passed off from staff member to staff member. The staff, however, was really friendly and the place had a ton of potential. If you have kids and don't mind noise, then maybe this is a great hotel. Just not for someone who wants to sleep.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. The atmosphere can be summed up as chaotic. None of the amenities are included including wifi unless paid additional for or listening to the time share information. We had no view and were on the first floor. We could hear every footstep above us. The Starbucks is a joke. Don't order an iced coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the water park looked fun, however we were not going to spend an additional $17 each for a pass. Would probably only recommend this to families with several children.

Paper thin walls made resting difficult. It was like the neighbors were in the room with us. Many buildings had great views, but not the one I was in. Also, closest parking was 50 yards away down a gravel path. The pool at the top was nice, zero depth entry, infinity edge, hot tub and plenty of towels. Will try somewhere else next time.

Very comfortable villas, clean but very thin walls. Could here everything. Sounded like a heard of elephants were above us. We could here doors closing, chairs being slid across the floor, toilets flushing, every movement they made, we heard. Staff were nice but everyone was new so trying to get an answer or good recommendations was difficult. "I don't know, I'm new here" was pretty common to hear.

Stayed two nights here. Property and lodges are very nice. Did not know this was a "time share" property until we checked in and were offered the 'sales opportunity'. We declined and were not pressured at all to attend. We did have some maintenance issues while we were there (first night the fireplace quit on us and they had to come and clean the igniter and the second night they had to come and drain a tube in the furnace/AC unit which plugged and shut down the thermostat) and also our room had an adjoining room and the door between was not sound deadening at all. That only went on for about an hour and a half the second night. Overall stay was very nice. We did not take advantage of the indoor water park.

Food was gawd awful... The worst I've ever eaten... We had the breakfast buffet and don't waste you money of the cold tasteless food wasn't bad enough the cook with dirty finger nails wearing a bandaid without gloves making the eggs dipping his bare hands into the cheese and toppings will surely scare you off. The timeshare woman was horrible became very nasty when I didn't want to buy...didn't care about my diabetic boyfriend in the room, when I said I had to be back and it was already over the 90 mins it was an hour and 1/2 over that time. Ugh just really there's so much more. The staff was great besides the few bad ones and the rooms were comfortable but the ambiance here is what makes it.

Always neat always clean! Newer units have very thin walls though!!

This was my husband and I first time staying at this resort. We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff, from the time we arrived, were excellent. They took the time to explain the resort and offered an upgrade to our room in order for us to be able to park our truck and trailer in more accessible area. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. We will definitely stay at this resort again.

We arrived early and was allowed to check in early to take advantage of all the property had to over, which was a lot. The onsite water park was really nice for our little one and we especially liked the indoor/outdoor hot tub. Only regret is not staying longer, but we will be back.
