The physical property was excellent. There were dogs everywhere and dogs barking a lot. For a higher end hotel there wasn’t even coffee in the lobby or any perks I’d consider standard in a Hilton. Room was clean and service excellent.

We were woke up at 12am by loud people next door. Ten rings to get staff to complain. 30 minutes later staff told them to quiet down. They became louder until 2am. At check out manager on duty simply said sorry. At $228 for 1 night overpriced and unresponsive.

We stayed 3 nights in a 1 king bedroom suite. We had a great view overlooking the downtown strip of Gatlinburg. The hotel was a perfect location for getting to the strip. The food was average to good in the restaurant. My husband ordered an old fashion cocktail that was absolutely horrible and quite expensive. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and it was nice having the separate bedroom and living area as we were traveling with our toddler.

Best place in GB to stay, best view and the trolly van comes by to take you downtown for free all the time.
Had a wonderful 3 night stay with the family. The hotel was clean and quiet, and it was very nice to be up on the hill away from the main street and the noise/crowds. The views were great. Kids loved the indoor pools and the water slide. If I had to complain about something it would be the smallish bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal in the end. The air conditioner in our room worked very well, but was a bit loud.
As much as I love this hotel, I’m done coming back. Parking is not free and so e extra fees charged at the end that don’t make sense.
