I was very disappointed upon opening the door. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling of the shower. When preparing to leave we saw a roach.

The suite was awesome with a giant in room jacuzzi , the beautiful pool and natural running spring right behind hotel was amazing walked to log cabin Breakfast. Wonderful price.

The hotel was not to far from downtown there was a trolley stop at the hotel the pool was the cherry on top

We enjoyed our stay at Sidney James Mountain Lodge, the room was large and well-decorated, the pools were awesome (especially the indoor one with waterfalls and cave), and the location was good too. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was a little slow. Overall, we would definitely return again.

I liked the pool,no microwave in my room and very old

It was on a Creek and provided free parking. Overall smelled like smoke. Place could use a makeover. However, it provided its purpose of giving us a place to lay our heads at night.

Nice and clean place for the family. Has an indoor amd outdoor pool and hot tub too!

This beautiful mountain lodge looks great on the web page, with its perfect views, nice rooms, restaurant and pools. We just wish we had stayed there. Instead they put us in a building across the street that looked like an old Super 8 with a great view from our balcony of the intersection. We could have stayed at a Motel 6 and been happier.

too far from town center. hard to navigate with scouter. pool area was good, hot tub was not usable two of the four day stay, very disappointed. Staff was very pleasant. Bathroom sink was plugged up and bath tub faucet leaked, tiny bugs crawled all over the floor.

Close to downtown shops. creek flowing right off balcony. The bad everything else. Room had a horrible mildew smell. beds were like laying on concrete. hotel was in bad disrepair, Hotel was very dated and needed alot of repairs. Hot Tub was ice cold the first day we was there. Had to leave a night early because we couldn't take the mildew smell any more. When I told the front desk attendant why I was leaving he stated oh yeah they room always has that smell because it is so close to the creek. they didn't even offer to refund my money on my last night. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was very well kept the staff was great and our room was awesome!!!

The part of the hotel that we stayed was obviously older. However, it was very clean. The main part of the hotel(creekside) was very nice. The indoor pool area was amazing! There was a large pool with a grado, a toddler pool, and a jacuzzi. The outdoor pool looked nice even though we didn't use it. Our room in the older part, The door to the balcony was old and the only lock to hold it was a sliding thin bolt. The toilet was very hard to flush. And a few of the outlets did not work.

It was nice and i enjoyed staying here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyed being next to the river, could use some updating and the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. To walk from the main strip of Gatlinburg, the hotel seemed to be 1/2 mile up hill from the main strip with no views of downtown Gatlinburg so it’s sorta misleading advertisement.

Nice hotel, nice staff, cozy rooms, decent price for what you get.

Rooms are small, Excellent pool, hot tub and sauna! Catch trolley in front of hotel.

We had only two issues, the threshold at the entrance of the room was broken and a constant trip hazard the refrigerator was in bad need of defrosting with a block of ice blocking the freezer section which means no freezer usage. Overall the room was clean and we did have a nice stay and I will recommend the hotel to my friends.
