I cannot speak for the main property. We were placed across the street in the older building. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Very old carpet. The furniture has been updated, but the room itself was very old. Cleanliness was average. Not horrible, but price should reflect the condition of the property. Definitely not worth what we paid. The indoor pool area is dated, but clean.

I had an amazing stay at Sidney James Mountain Lodge in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The lodge is family-owned, which really shines through in the personalized service and warm hospitality. This is a 3 star property, the room looked unclean. The floors had food on them where they had not been vaccumed. The bathroom tub filled up and you had to stand in the water to shower or put your foot on the stopper to release the water to drain. The rooms need to be updated. There were stink bugs all over the ceiling. Not a pleasant nights stay.
