I made my plans for this trip only a few weeks before, and I knew Gatlinburg was already well occupied that weekend. This is an older property that makes no pretense about being upscale. Expect no amenities. I was traveling solo; this would be a much more difficult property for a family. The good thing is the attitude of the staff; when I needed something they made their best effort to get it done. The price was proportionally lower than nearby properties that offered more.

Stay was ok, shower would go from hot to cold with no control. Hot tub was half empty so we couldn't enjoy.

I strongly suggest do not stay here at this hotel. there was black mold in the bathroom they tried to cover it up with white silicone Their was dead bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom there was blood on one side of the bathroom wall water damage on the walls and ceiling the shower Sucked big time it was hot then cold but never what you expect from a shower the room was a non smoking room the smell was bad I think I'd rather smell the cigarette smoke the patio was dirty the table had something on it now the pictures that I took proves that this room had not been cleaned like it should have been this room cost $236.00 for 2 days my stay was Oct 7 and Oct 8 2016 Room #413

Awesome pool! Room was dated but comfortable and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Great location, 2 minutes from the main strip in Gatlinburg.

Pools were clean. 3 pools to choose from. Kids loved it. Nice pool area at court side. Towels available at all pools but not restocked in the evening. Rooms ok clean enought for our family. Newer carpeting. Was expecting microwave in room. Only refig. Laundry room vending machine area needs up graded n cleaned.

Satisfied with Hotel location and service. Nothing more to add

The room smelled of mold and smoke in a non smoking room. The door to the balcony was broken and rickety and would not open and shut properly. The phone was plugged into itself and the tv remote was not programmed to the tv. When we went to the desk about the problem they were rude and disgruntled about even having to speak to us. They were asked if they had to check the rooms for these things prior to check ins and they said "not with the amount of rooms we have". Well ok then. Obviously you are under staffed and you should be more interested in keeping customers coming back. I would really like a refund and I will absolutely not ever be staying there again and am disheartened by orbitz even offering rooms there.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room, Could have been the cleaning lady smoking in the room before we arrived. Burn holes in the filthy carpet . Hair all over in the bathroom.

Apparently the hotel had recently acquired the hotel across the street where they put us dog people. the rooms were in need of remodel but were overall comfortable, we were surprised that the room we were given actually had a small kitchenette and living area, so I really cant complain. The employees were very accommodating they reassigned us another room when the heat/ ac unit in ours didn't work properly , stating they were in the process of remodeling the rooms and just hadn't reached ours yet, they were just as friendly when we asked to extend our stay. Their is an open field next to the parking lot which was perfect for our dog, the only thing I can say bad about our stay was not related to this hotel, the hotel / condos across the street were very loud and you could hear everything if they were on their porches. I would stay again.

Stayed one night here for a rate of only $44 for 4 persons! The furnishings are not like in a modernized hotel, but were clean and adequate. The room was across the street from the lobby but was very comfortable. The reception staff was extremely welcoming and wanted to please in every way. The indoor pool area was beautiful with waterfalls and a beautiful large jacuzzi in a cave-like atmosphere! Also enjoyed the sauna after the pool and Jacuzzi! Would definitely return again!

So overrated, greatly disappointed. Our room was across the road from check-in, beds at least 20 years old. We were shown 2 other rooms, but all beds terribly uncomfortable. Never went to indoor pool because so far from our room across the road. Had small frig, but no microwave. Large room, but dark and dingy. Reasonably clean, but had bugs. When we told desk clerk about bugs, he said they knew, they are stink bugs, can't get rid of them? We actually checked out after only one night, even though paid for two, because we could not stand to sleep on the beds another night.

Everyone was very friendly! The room was cleaned daily. We would definitely go back! Restaurant on site was open until late - great barbecue!

I'm not going to speak bad about this place. We didn't have a terrible experience but yet very disappointed in this place and my family is not picky about where we stay like a lot of people are. We just want a clean hotel with whatever is advertised be actually true.

The stay was average. The rooms are a bit small for a family. But clean. The pools were awesome. The help seemed friendly enough. Had requested an extra bed when I booked the room. The bed wasn't in the room or charged along with the original booking. The staff was kind enough to get us that cot at 4 in the morning when we arrived. But not without charging us for it separately. Overall I would rate this stay as a middle class stay. Average. Not over the top. And decently priced.

Every year for the last 5 years we have went to Gatlinburg for vacation with 2 other coupes. This hotel had bugs, old furniture, pool and hot tubs had dirt floating on top It was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are dated somewhat and may need some remodeling but overall satisfied. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would stay here again. Aprox 1/2 mile walking distance to the Gatlinbug strip.

Great place to stay with a great indoor pool and only a short walk to the main street

Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and quant rooms on a stream. Great family getaway with indoor pool and hot tub!

Very nice stay, the pool very nice the parking not very good. It was away from the strip to walk .The staff was really good and helpful the rooms were clean.

We had booked another hotel but fell through. We saw this online and booked as a cheap alternative. I loved the location and the swimming pool was fantastic. For the price this stay was just what we needed.
