Lacking of Service

The property is nice with good features but lacking in service. The first issue was the wrong code to enter; we confirmed the code the night before. After 25 minutes and receiving three different codes, we got the right code to get in but welcomed by the smoke alarm going off. About 3 hours later, they came and replaced the battery. This alarm was at the top of a vault ceiling (needed a 12ft ladder) so we could do nothing about it. 24 hours later the same alarm started beeping every 60 seconds. It was 11:00pm and we were told it would be tomorrow before they came out. The smoke alarm is right outside the bedroom door. The battery again replaced the next day, but 24 hours later it was going off again. We contacted them immediately. After explaining the situation for the third time (must note keep notes), we are told it would not be until the next day for them to come out. At this point, that was totally unacceptable so after pushing back they finally agreed to come out that night. The techs that came out could not have been nicer or more than understanding! It was the people back at the office that provided very poor service. Another issue was a consistent ant problem in the kitchen about 20 ants per day. We made sure not to leave anything out to attract them. The pest control was lacking. Overall, we spent several hours from our vacation. It was not a relaxing stay, so we cannot recommend this property with the current situations and management company.

Family fun

We were in town for our son’s football recruiting event and chose to stay at this beautiful home. We absolutely loved it! Super clean, well stocked, loved the location, the decor, the views, the hot tub and the pool table/arcade games were a huge hit. We even had time to sit by the outdoor fire pit in the adorable red Adirondack chairs and make s’mores. Highlight for all of us was seeing a mama bear and her two cubs plus another lone bear later that afternoon right in front of the house. The balconies were the perfect spot to see them. It was awesome! Only request would be for more towels to use for the hot tub.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the ambiance of the electric fireplaces, and the game on upstairs was just what we needed to unwind in the evenings. Every single day we saw bears in the yard while we took in the stunning views from the porches.

Great location with spectacular view

This was a great rental home. It was located very close to all attractions in Gatlinburg and withing 10 minutes or less of Pigeon Forge. A great vaction gettaway location. The views were amazing. It couldn't have been better.

Great communication from the host and made sure everything taken care of. Great location and great place to stay! When I come back to Gatlinburg, this is where ill be staying again! We loved it so much and enjoyed every bit of it.

Absolutely perfect!

A stunning property. Would have been just fine if we never left the cabin it was so fun. Lots of time playing games and enjoying the hot tub. Even saw a bear on our first night. The view of the lights at night are spectacular. Will definitely book again.

Great Views of the Smoky's

Awesome cabin in the mountains, unloading our car and walked out on the deck 3 black bears! We sat and watched them for 20 minutes made our day! Very Clean property! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Just as described in listing! Very easy checkin and checkout! 5/5!!

This was everything and more. I was doubting myself before I got there but it reall is that beautiful. The beds were so comfortable game room was fun and the views from the decks was breathtaking. Road is scary in the dark but doable. We will definitely be back next year for a week

Oasis

This place is gorgeous! The details of the decor, the amenities and the friendliness of the property owners were amazing. I honestly don't think we have ever stayed in a more beautiful place! The only thing I could even think to add would be a foot pedestal or something in the stand alone shower for shaving, but they have thought of everything. The cabin faces the north so you can sit on the balcony and see the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset as well. Peaceful, clean, homey, and even saw a bear on our way to the cabin the first night. You will not regret staying here and we definitely plan to be back!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect location with a gorgeous view! We even had a momma bear with 3 cubs come right up behind our cabin and we got to watch them for a while!

Great stay!

This was an amazing place to stay for our trip to the Smokies! Cabin was exactly as listed—beautiful home and incredible views! Great location—very easy to get to Gaitlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should our travels bring us back to the area!

Smoky Mountain Vacation

Had a Very nice stay at this cabin chalet. It was newer, clean, and well maintained. Loved the layout, big windows and many amenities. Had fun sitting on the decks watching a bear walk our neighborhood circle daily. He was not a threat rather looking for food. And we were able to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show at 9:40pm each night. Nice mountain views and while sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning I ID’d over12 different bird sounds. 😊

Amazing Property

We loved our time here. The location is fantastic, very close to the Gatlinburg strip, and beautiful views. The property was very clean and perfectly suited for our mountain getaway! Owner was very attentive, check-in/out was super easy! Would absolutely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home

Omg!! The property was exactly as shown online. The pictures does this property no justice. You have to visit to see it for yourself. The mountain views from the decks were breathtaking. Have you ever watched the sunrise over the mountain? That did it for me. Absolutely the most beautiful thing you'll ever see right there at Cub Mountain View. We fell in love with the landscaping at this property. When we come back I will definitely be staying at Cub Mountain View again.

A dream come true!

This wonderful experience is truly a dream come true! Every detail about this lovely piece of heaven was very well thought out. When we first arrived, we were speechless and full of adoration. This remarkable cabin was in pristine condition and lacked nothing that would come to mind. It is a great place for just an individual looking to relax, great for couples looking enjoy a get away and make new memories, or families looking to enjoy nature along with all the comforts of home while admiring the breath taking views that cannot be replicated anywhere else. I highly recommend Justin and Kari as they have been truly amazing throughout the entire process from start, to finish, to checking back after vacation. Look forward to another amazing experience in the future!
