Right across from beach! Free parking, great breakfast. Clean room. Elevator was super slow so mostly took the stairs. Older hotel but still clean and comfortable.

I can’t rave enough about the staff and amenities at this property. The staff went above and beyond, we’re super helpful and very nice! This also comes with a hot breakfast that was very tasty and had a lot of options. The TVs in the room were set up so you could watch movies and TV shows on demand which was very convenient if you’re staying in your room for any period of time. The only concerns I have is the plumbing in the bathroom, everything was loose. You can tell it’s an older property but they were doing upgrades as we were there and the price is right!

The access to the beach was great and there was a nice pool. There was construction going on, but it wasn't all the time. Everyone that worked there was helpful and friendly. There was a good breakfast every morning at 7am and coffee in the lobby. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.

I thought the rating of a 7 was too high!!

There was mold on the bathroom wall. The room had a bad smell in it when we walked in. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were way too soft. The breakfast needed help too. The eggs and sausage were so tough you couldn’t cut them.

Great location and my room had a very nice view of the ocean. Overall, the property is dated and is in need of attention. Old brown carpet, rusted out toilet paper holders and mold in the bathroom. Sadly, the first thing I smelled after we opened the car doors in the parking lot was garbage. Thankfully the odor wasn’t there the entire visit. The quality of the hot items for breakfast were somewhat ok. Good waffles, potatoes and biscuits - eggs tasted water logged and coffee was watered down. Small but decent dry goods selection and enjoyed the clementines. Unfortunately, this hotel is not in my repeat list.

Never again!

This hotel is nothing like the pictures that appear on website. I was embarrassed that we were staying here when I booked for my daughter and friend to have a short vacation before school. Room was dirty and found dirty socks from previous guest, peeling paint, blood on curtains, just down right dirty. Lesson learned and never stay at this hotel again. Top it off we were in room 422 and maintenance workers were banging on the outside wall. Maybe next time do not schedule guests in the room next to where you need to remodel? Elevator issues were only one working and I was worried that it would breakdown with me inside, it was hot and gross. Took the stairs to be safe. I want to forget this experience forever!

I love that place. I've been to all of the hotels in Galveston in this hotel right here don't judge a book by its cover because the beds are amazing and so are the pillows. Their breakfast is awesome.This staff is great

Not happy at all

It was terrible, one day our room door battery went out , took about 30 to 45 min for maintenance to get to us which my mom is on oxygen so it mad it worse for her, the second day the elevators weren’t working for a few hours so we had to stay in the hotel because my mom uses a wheelchair, terrible experience, breakfast sucked , roaches everywhere outside, for the amount I paid I don’t think this was worth it especially with the elevators and door not working, awful!!!!!

Close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in earlier than expected. It was great to come back to the pool after a long day at the beach. I love that the breakfast lasted until 11, so you don't feel rushed.
