- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

My first impression upon arriving was this building is old and certainly needs to be updated. Parking was a nightmare and the charge was 15 for a week after being told by the owner it would be 40 per day. Upon entering the room, noticed it is incredibly small with paper thin walls. You can hear the neighbors cough. The interior was in much need of updating. The back door (patio) couldn't even lock. This is a security nightmare if we were on the first floor. The panels that covered the back wall for privacy was missing a middle panel, so anyone could look right in. Again a major problem. Owner was informed and asked to fix it right away for which we were not there long so declined anyone coming in while we were there. Bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder and the trash was not emptied in the bedroom.Let's talk about the bedroom. The bed appears to be a full size and is pushed against the wall with only the left side exposed for entry. The sheets had burs (stickers) in it for which we were cut by them. The mattress felt like it was loaded with rocks and not comfortable at all! The bathtub water was not constant temperature. It would go ice cold, the hot.There was a dirty rag under the bunk bed with only who knows what on it. Again, hygiene issue. We pay a service fee for cleaning and I would question what they actually clean.Overall, I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Would not recommend to anyone unless the owner fixes a bunch.
