Relax peacefully at our beautiful CABIN on pond. Perfect for couples or family's offering a queen bed, a couch that's makes a bed, & a nice queen air mattress available as well. The cabin is built in an open room setting. Tents are allowed in the yard for extra guests. Linens & bath towels are provided. Located between Galax & Fries next to New River Trail State Park. A 60 mile trail with tunnel & river tressell. Activities available such as hiking biking fishing kayaking tubing & swimming. Stream is a state stocked trout stream. 12 minutes from Galax Va

Me and my wife came up for Thanksgiving week, the cabin was very nice, and quiet , it has a great view of the mountains and there were a ton of deer that like to hangout in the front yard, and the lake out front has some nice large mouth bass . Definitely would recommend it for a quiet relaxing vacation..

We were driving through and wanted a nice relaxing place to stay overnight. Cabin was cozy, had all the necessities and the host reached out to let us know he had everything ready. Great place for those looking for simple comforts with great scenery. Front porch was perfect place for morning coffee.
