Super cute in a quiet, convenient location
When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special. The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by and a beautiful local walking destination. There are off leash dog play areas there and lots of friendly people. I stayed at the home one night by myself and a second with my daughter who is finishing up her freshman year at UF. It was a nice break for her and a great place for me. Not far from downtown either (despite the wooded, quiet, neighborhood). The washing machine and dryer are large and modern. There is a backyard, but we didn’t use it. If anything this property was better than expected. I definitely will/would stay here again.

Stay for sporting event
My husband and I spent three nights at the house while we completed in a sporting event. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. There were still a lot of leaves on the back patio. The bed was very comfy. We enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We were here for gator game, and found this location to be exactly what we were looking for.
The courtyard in the picture is more charming in real life, and the house was well stocked with supplies. I reached out to the host and she was very friendly and responsive.

Great house and host
We had a great stay at this house during hurricane Debby. The host was great to work with and the space was perfect for us and our kids. We appreciated that everything was fully fenced so the kids could play with minimal supervision. The house is also convenient to Publix, UF, and a lot of good restaurants and things to do. Would 100% stay here again it’s a great house!
