Our newly developed apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the attic of a multi-family house. From the large windows you have a beautiful view of the castle of Fuessen and the mountains behind. Although you can get directly from the entrance to the shops, cafes and restaurants of the pedestrian zone it is wonderfully quiet at night.

The apartment is of high quality: all rooms, except the bathroom, have an oak floor, and the entire kitchen is made of real wood specially for our apartment. The spacious sleeping sofa invites you to lazy. Of course, the apartment includes all the facilities and equipment you would expect at home: from TV, washing machine, dishwasher to the blender, kitchen scale and box opener. If the music taste of the visitors differs - no problem. The high-quality stereo system can be programmed via a tablet so that different loudspeakers (in the living room, bedroom and bathroom) simultaneously play music.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

Excellent Holiday Apartment

Very nice flat, great location in the center of FĂŒssen, close to everything. Very well furnished. Great views, on one side you see the castle, on the other side the countryside. Only minus is the steep stairs to the flat, wouldn’t recommend this to very senior guests.

Nice flat in central location

We had 3 nice weeks in the apartment with our two kids (5 & 2 years). The apartment is centrally located within the historical city center of FĂŒssen. The whole flat is perfectly equipped and has a very nice style and furniture. We would love to get back there immediately.

Eine schöne u. geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Allerdings fanden wir den KĂŒhlschrank nicht geleert und nicht geputzt. Das Treppenhaus war nicht sauber. Toilettenpapier nur eine halbe Rolle fĂŒr vier Personen. In dieser Preislage erwarten wir ein wenig mehr Komfort. Balkon mĂŒsste noch etwas einfacher begehbar sein.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war super! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und alles, was man zum tĂ€glichen Leben braucht, ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig gelegen, wobei es im kleineren Schlafzimmer mit offenem Fenster morgens lauter werden kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit Volker Sadowsky war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Dachgeschosswohnung mitten in der Altstadt in FĂŒssen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und heimelig, man ist mittendrin und dennoch ist es ruhig hier. Die kleine Dachterrasse und auch der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das "Hohe Schloss" und die Berge sind sehr schön. Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und vereint Ökologisches Wohnen mit der Liebe zur Technik. Durchs KĂŒchenfenster lĂ€sst sich eine Dachterasse erobern. Die zentrale Lage bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. BĂ€cker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleinere Erkundungen wie z.B. der Lech-Fall sind fusslĂ€ufig möglich. Zum Be- und Entladen kann das Objekt angefahren werden. Ansonsten sind wir immer an der Kemptener Straße fĂŒndig geworfen. Kontakt mit Vermietern war freundlich.
