Use the nearby Scotch Bonnet boat ramp and dock right behind the house using the private boat dock. The canal leads directly out to the Pamlico Sound for fishing, crabbing, clamming or just cruising. With a fish cleaning station, grill, picnic table, and mini-fridge/freezer inside, you'll have everything you need on the ground level to prepare your own seafood dinners. Three levels of decks, including a screened porch with hot tub, all overlook the canal for breathtaking sunsets. A reverse floor plan and open-concept layout in the great room allow for a water view from inside as well. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace available for off-season use only. Kayaks not available for guest use.
