This was what I expected, which was good. There was a large conference in town which drove up the room rates.

Price was cheap so I didn't expect much. But the window locks were broken so one of the windows can open all the way (not ok as I had my 6 year old with me), someone put a plastic bag over the smoke detector and the shower head sprayed water every where. Other than that it was fine. For being right next to the freeway it was actually very quiet.

I travel for work and although this hotel is very clean and functional it is do for an upgrade to the level of most of your properties.

I had a problem with my room the day manager quickly took care of the problem and switched rooms for me. Karishma took good care of any concerns I had afte that. Great customer service. I thank you for that.

The location was near the highway. No sound of the highway at night.

The room was clean and comfortable. They also let me check in a little early because we arrived an hour and a half ahead of schedule, which was very cool. Wish they had an ice machine though. I also had a lil issue with having to drag my sleepy pajama'd self to the lobby at 6am to get my first cup of coffee as they did not have coffee makers in the room. This was new to me.

No room service. No one make up and clean roomo. No response for request. No repairs for broken curtains. Bad breakfast. No worth for the fees.

Awesome location and great place to be when going out.

If I wanted to lower my standards and the different country this would be perfect. When I first walked in the room like anybody you check for stuff. The night table where the alarm clocks is on, That needs to be change badly. I pulled the cover off the bed and noticed that the fitting she was not changed because of hair that I found on top of it. Hard water deposits in the bathtub. That can easily be taken care of. But no one takes the time to do it. So it looks like crap. I stayed in the room for one day so I tolerated it. I would not recommend this hotel ...

The housekeeping could've been better, however, the staff made up for it! The staff was cheerful, funny, helpful, and accomodating. The best staff I have dealt with in a long time, and I spend every week in a different motel! If I am ever in the area again, I will definatly stay here! Thanx Ana! Rm 408

quick trip perfect place to spend the night rather than drive all the way home from the city. Staff was friendly, then extended our check out since we got in late and hope to sleep in.

Although it was prepaid, the room was not ready, kept us 3 hours waiting to check in. Kitchen wares were not available until 3rd day.

My daughter's and I felt right at home. Wonderful place!

The night we checked in no appliances were available. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking. Breakfast wAsnt anything special but the csr was good. Wouldnt mind coming back but it wasnt anythinc special.

It was too far from where I needed to be in San Jose, with the traffic and all.

Great private and feel very comfortable during stay

The stay was great. However, I was shocked that a hair dryer was not standard in the room. Wish I had known prior to arrival. Beyond that, I would recommend this site.

When I checked in, the room was not stocked with towels and not very clean. I asked for a hair dryer, am nd they said they did not supply them. In eight days my room was never serviced. There was mildew on the shower curtain and the tiolet also showedmildew ring.I ahve complained to corporate and the regional management.

OMG I was extremelt disappointed from the time I checked in. No towels, room had the smell of urine. The staff was inable to help. No fresh towels, could not provide a hair dryer. Just the worst time. Sorry ESA I won't be back

good value for the price
