We spent a great weekend in Fredericksburg and we were very happy with the property. It is on a quiet street, it has a private entrance and it was very clean. Unit 1 did not disappoint and was fantastic, just as wonderful as the description. The rooms are spacious. Detail to cleanliness and comfort stand out here. What a great stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Inside and outdoor areas were spotless! Walking distance to all Fredericksburg has to offer yet far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Morning coffee (local coffee provided by the host is delicious) on the porch swing and an evening glass of local wine in the hot tub. I could not have asked for more.

Precious house and amenities!

This house was so perfect for my husband and I to have a quick getaway. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous, and the hot tub was a major cherry on top. So close to down town. Quiet even with other guests nearby. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others.

Great anniversary stay

My husband and I wanted an overnight getaway for our 54th anniversary. We found your property was just right. I was a little concerned about the possibility of road noise since we were in Unit 1 and I’m a light sleeper. I slept like a baby! The bed was so comfortable and I didn’t hear any traffic.
