“The Beachcomber" (Main house) has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 10-11. Deluxe Master Suite has a King bed, a Full-size sleeper couch, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with 8 luxurious showerheads, and whirlpool tub, and an 8 x 10 walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n' play! ), and a private balcony! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The "Bunk Room" has 1 Twin XL bunk bed and 1 Twin XL over a Queen futon bed with access to a shared bathroom and shower.

Large updated gourmet kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops and spacious side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, 6-quart crockpot, new cookware, bakeware and cutlery set. The garage also has a kitchen and bathroom, for group gatherings!

It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, to enjoy the water, sand & sunsets, or to downtown Frankfort for the movie theater, ice cream parlors, upscale restaurants, and shopping. Take a 15-minute drive to the "Cherry Bowl" drive-in theater with the kids and don't forget to stop at the "Cherry Hut" restaurant for their delicious cherry pie!

Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!

We had a great time at The Beachcomber in Frankfort. The full kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group that likes to cook! Really fantastic setup for relaxing in the common areas, and the bedrooms/baths were very nice and comfortable. Loved the short walk to town... be sure to visit Storm Cloud Brewery! Jerry was super to work with, and we will definitely plan to go back.

This was our third year at the Beachcomber. We love the home and the location. It is one block to the beach and to the shops in downtown Frankfort. Fourth year in a row!

Our family has enjoyed the last two weeks of June at this beautiful property (and excellent location) for four years now. The owners have the house stocked with games for the grandkids, a fully stocked kitchen for those of us who like to cook, an outdoor grill and furniture to allow dining out on the patio, and beach furniture and umbrellas light enough to carry the short distance to the beach. We love Frankfort, our grandkids now love Frankfort, and they consider this lovely vacation home their own home for the time we spend here. Beautiful, well appointed house in the perfect location

This house provided the perfect homebase for a late spring week in Frankfort. Everything in this house is well appointed, up-to-date, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is especialy nice, and preparing and sharing many meals for our group of five adults and a two year old was a highlight of the trip. The house provides plenty of space for both socializing and spending some time alone, and we used the balcony and two porches a lot for reading and relaxing. The location - a very short walk from both the beach and the town - was perfect for us, allowing everyone to make their own schedule for walks, beach play, shopping, and exercise. Frankfort remains one of Lake Michigan's loveliest towns, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
