GENERAL- Super views over to Fowey and out to the sea... - Set in a quiet spot of Polruan close to the coastal footpath- Driveway with space for 2 cars GROUND FLOOR- Entrance hallway- Open plan living/dining and kitchen - sliding doors out onto balcony- Double bedroom- Family bathroom WC UPSTAIRS- Spacious bedroom with king size bed- Twin bedroom- Family bathroom WC with separate shower GARDEN- Mainly laid to lawn front and back- Glass fronted, decked balcony to the front with fabulous views LOCAL AREA- Polruan has a small selection of shops and pubs- Foot passenger ferry across to Fowey- Two small beaches in Polruan itself- Short drive to Looe and Polperro- Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are within an hours drive of Polruan PLEASE NOTE- This property welcomes 2 dogs- This property accommodates a maximum of 6 people plus infant
