This is for our 3 night stay march 17-20. This is a new hotel going down hill quick. First of all the toilet was like a rocking chair, the sink plunger was missing the top cover, and if you want breakfast you better be there when it’s first served. By 8 am there is hardly nothing left. Front desk person is also the one taking care of that, which they do poorly. They also charged us $200 because my 68 year old wife had a fall in the bathroom and left a small amount of blood on the bed sheets. Look at all the other bad reviews for this hotel, too many other good ones around to stay here again

Overall I would rate this property a 3/10. It is brand new so it is clean and updated. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options. Those are the only positives. Lots of negatives. When we first got there the hallway smelled of smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. There is a train track right behind the hotel. There are trains going at all hours of the night. So, there is a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper they will keep you up. Our power went out in our hotel room. Called front desk and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up hoping the power would just come back on. Had to call back and was told they would send someone up to check. A couple minutes later it came on. The thermostat does not regulate the temperature in the room. You have to keep adjusting it. For example if you put it to 68 to cool it will cool to 68 but turn off. So, you have to keep getting up to adjust the temperature every 15 minutes. This is a pain especially at night when it is hot in the room. The water fountain in the workout room was not working and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms downstairs. House keeping completely missed out room one day. The internet was not working in the lobby. Had to talk to the front desk 3 times. Each time she assured me it was working. Finally she came over to the computer in the front lobby and could not get on the internet. And the hotel lobby TV said no connection but she still assured me it was working. Not very helpful.
