Walked in the place to check in and the young, possibly Hispanic, girl working the front desk was being a boss babe! She was running the showing multitasking like a mofo. She was greeting other guests with a smile while assisting us at the same time saying “welcome back!” As they entered. Meanwhile she was checking us in and giving us the deets and info we needed. Great customer service.

Trash piled up all around the trash can at the continental breakfast. Staff were not manning the front counter and customers were waiting over 10 minutes to be helped. Power in my room went out for about 10 minutes, I was able to call the front desk and they got it turned it back on but I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before

The staff seemed bothered if you asked anything and were unwilling to do more than the bare minimum. The rooms weren’t terrible but not the tidiest either. Ants in bathroom and hairs on floor like they weren’t swept or mopped. The room ran hot and the beds were just ok. Probably would look elsewhere in the future.

The hotel, room, and location were great. However, my main concern was with the front desk service. I travel often and usually, when arriving within an hour of check-in time, most hotels are willing to accommodate early check-ins—especially when the rooms are already prepared. We were in town for a wedding and arrived at 2:00 PM (with the wedding starting at 3:30), hoping to get ready in time. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was not very friendly and immediately told us there were no rooms available, with no effort to check or offer alternatives. It was hard to believe that there were absolutely no rooms ready by 2:00 PM. Even more disappointing, when we returned at 3:05—after the official check-in time—our room still wasn’t ready. We finally received the keys around 3:15, which added unnecessary stress to an already time-sensitive situation. Overall, the stay itself was nice, but the customer service at check-in definitely needs improvement.
