Vacation get away

The room was very clean. Loved the view from our balcony. Curtains were dark enough that you weren't awakened by the sun. Check-in was super easy. Close to LOTS of things, I would definitely stay here again!! staystay here againhere again!!

Stunning view, wonderful resort!

I was shocked by how beautiful the view was! It was anxiogène to wake up to the bay every morning. I was also super happy to find out that the property is a true resort with golf course, and not a golf course with Xanny mommy daycare. Lots of wet and dry activities and a downtown wharf to explore. Great stay!

Good for the price.

A little dated, but only spent time in the room during the evening for rest. Overall satisfied for the price and location. If you're looking for a 5 star resort, look elsewhere. If you will be out and about adventuring, and want a place that's affordable and comfortable, this is a good choice.

The building was clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and spacious as well. The only complaints are that the water doesn't get very hot and you have to pay for the gym with it's weird hours, but that is part of the hoa that the owners may or may not pay into. Overall I was very pleased with everything and I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay.

Wasn’t sure about staying so far away from the beach but, the bay view was awesome and the private community feel was nice. No worries about hearing drunken escapades. My daughter and I truly enjoyed staying here.

Its a place to sleep....

This is basically a hotel room at best. Listing said Condo but never has the feel of one. As it was just a bed and thats it. The room was incredibly musty and humid the entire trip. Our towels could never get dry, the comforter even felt damp because the AC unit wasnt pulling moisture out of the room. The room itself was dark and extremely dated. The bed was old, lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall I wouldnt recommend this property at the price we paid, there are other options in Sandestin in the same range with much better value. This place needs work.

Far below basic expectations.

Paid too much for a 'run down motel room'. The people in charge seem to take as many shortcuts as possible. If you do book a stay here bring your own soaps, bath towels, sheets/air mattress, pillows, and toilet paper. Do not stay here if you are visiting the beach, stay on Scenic Gulf Drive. The bed was terrible and worn out, sinkholes on both sides of the mattress, pillows were flat. Hallway noise echoed into the room (conversations, knocking, rolling suitcases) door might as well have been a curtain. "Water Hammer" could be heard nightly, from the vibrating water pipes in the walls. The air conditioner would run continously and barely cool the room while the hallways were freezing. The air conditioner runs loud and vibrates so forget running it, if you want any sleep. Poor cleanliness and poor quality: The room had a strange humidity smell when we arrived and lingered throughout our stay. The room is all brown and has dated worn-out furniture, popcorn ceiling, and carpet. The bathroom did not have any hand soap, the towels had stains on them, the hot water comes and goes during showering. The room has a great view of the bay and beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the closet.

I loved over looking the bay and snorkeling in it. It was quiet and easy to get around in the area. The bed had a dip in it so it wasn't very comfortable.

Room was mediocre at best

The resort area, guards, golf course, setting were all first class! The condo (room) was mediocre, at best. Open door to musty smell, two chairs in room were circa 1980, uncomfortable and worn out. Only chair worth sitting in was office type. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but the wall-attached headboard needs to be secured. Air conditioner never cooled as it should have, especially with it raining, no humidity outside. Paid too much for the quality of the room.

Amazing Sunsets!

The subsets from the balcony were amazing! Room clean and supplied. Resort was beautiful with plenty to do. Beach was really crowded, but we had a great time.

There is NO HOT TUB it’s a kiddie pool. No heat and no bubbles and they’re advertising a hot tub which is very upsetting when you base your choice off the hot tub. The room was clean and the view was amazing but that’s about all the food there was. Room is very outdated and dark with bad lighting which sucks for people trying to get ready and see themselves. The location is also decent for the price but the fact that the hot tub didn’t irk as the tiki bar was run down and the pool chairs had no cushions really put a dent in the enjoyment of the room.
