Peak season and their provisions were a mixed of different brands rather than the classy Beckman 1802 brand. For $315 plus taxes I was very disappointed plus handicapped parking is always a long walk to the door. Really need assistance for handicapped. Vending machines out of diet drinks. The thermostat works in half the rooms. You have to go to unit to change it. Then half the time the units don’t work. Ugghhh!!!! I stay here every 2 months for last 2 years for work but I think I’m going to start going somewhere else.

It was not made clear how maid service for the rooms worked. One day they came on their own; next day no one showed up; third day I asked front desk for maid service and it was done; next day no one showed up; last day, before I checked out they were ready to come in and clean the room and I had to tell them to come back later after I checked out. So, this needs to be clarified.
Shuttle busses would be nice
Flight back was canceled and frontier airlines wouldn’t Comp anything towards my extended stay or car rental. Never again…
** terrible security** unsafe to stay here. Around 10:30 pm another guest was able to access our room with his room key. We had the extra security bar closed and he wasn’t able to get in. The hotel took no responsibility and blamed us. We made them contact the police and packed up and left. They didn’t offer to move us or even make us new keys. This is clearly a security risk. They didn’t take it seriously and we did. We ended up leaving the same night we checked in. What a huge disappointment.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel wasn't too crowded which I was worried about (COVID concerns). My only complaint is that the temperature in the room was quite warm and humid.
Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean . Loved the pool . 5 stars !!!
