Enter into the main living area featuring a large L-shaped couch and flatscreen TV, off to the other side is a dining table for 4. Enjoy a full kitchen with all major appliances, plus a Keurig coffee maker for your hot cup of joe in the morning. Sip your coffee at the bistro table out front and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. A propane grill is also available for your use. You can't beat this location, as the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and you're just 3/4 of a mile from Times Square! Walk to a variety of shops and restaurants in the area. House can be rented in conjunction with the studio making it a 3/2 home.
