Cute house but not what was advertised. Overall the inside was beautiful but the bathrooms were outdated, the paint was chipping off the tile and the cabinet drawers came off the track every time you tried to use them so we didn’t use them.

Best trip ever

loved staying at Casa Maria! We felt like it was ours from the moment we walked in. Completely feel in love. If we are back in the area would definitely rent this property again. Loved how spacious it was. Pool was perfection. Quiet and relaxing. Meet all our needs. Immaculate.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Clean, pretty home with all amenities as listed; pool, right on canals in Pompano. Had some issues with electrical outlets, very responsive management company got an electrician to the house right away on a Friday night! Extra towels, when requested. Great neighbors, dog walking community with sidewalks. Our NY-raised hound was fascinated with the iguanas, lol.

Enjoyed our time here

Overall a very nice house. Comfortable living areas to accommodate different small groups. Pool area was a nice setting but could use some updating on outdoor furniture. It would have been nice to have some pool floats. Good location close to retail, golf, and airport.

Everything was top of the line. The only negativ we can say was that the heat-pump outsider was too noisy for my son and his wife who slept in on of the bedrooms

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has a perfect location, close driving distance to restaurants and beaches. It had everything we needed! Would just add a couple of hangers in the bathrooms for towels and clean clothes.

Check in was easy and simple. House was clean, there were ants on the counter the whole time..drove us crazy. the umbrellas outside …1 was broken and the other one we didn’t open for fear of breaking the glass table with the wind. Over all I would stay here again

Great getaway with a split floor plan

We stayed for 5 days and loved it. The pool was great, the house was clean, and it was comfortable having two couples there and not being in top of each other as the two kind bedrooms are across the house from each other.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the house a lot, only problem was the pool heater didn’t work our first 3 days and the gas grill didn’t work. Would recommend this house. Not far from the beach was a plus also.

Beautifully decorated home

The house was exactly as the pictures depicted! Beautiful coastal decor, and a nice heated pool on a canal! We were conveniently located to restaurants and other nearby cities! The beds were comfortable and the communication with management was great and they were easy to work with!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus hat sehr einladend ausgesehen und so ist es auch. Es hat sehr grosszügige Platzverhältnisse, sehr schöne Zimmer mit Bad und eine tolle Küche. Der Pool und Aussenbereich sind ebenfalls top👍 Alles tadellos sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterfirma klappt sehr gut und schnell. Einfach toll. Kommen gerne wieder.

April stay

The house was nice and the pool was nice. The floors not so much. Dropped and expensive hair dryer on the floor and it completely broke. Outdoor furniture is terrible. Table legs are not stable and the chairs had mold or mildew on them. Pool light did not work. Could not do any night swimming because of the terrible lighting. The lighting was bad at night and there were a lot of roaches around and we could not go out after dark which was a complete bummer. If there was lighting, maybe it would have scared the roaches away. Also umbrellas were broken and was really no way to get any shade. They did replace one. The guy who installed it must not have done so correctly because once the wind picked up as we were all sitting at the table, the umbrella came out and the end of the pole hit my daughter in the face. Little disappointing because our attraction of this place was the outdoor space. Pictures must be old.

Immaculate and quiet

Extremely clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Great water pressure in the master shower. 10 min from beach and great restaurants. Less than 20 min from FLL airport. Very easy check in/out process. Really nice backyard, pool area right on a dead end canal. Only disappointment was the $40 charge to use the BBQ, especially after renting the house for 5 nights. We had to get our own propane tanks.
