Overall a great stay for our sales team. The property was clean and easy to check in. The communication was slow if you have a question off hours. There was road construction immediately next to the property while we stayed which was a little of an annoyance. The pool is much smaller in person than how it looks in the picture.

Folly Beach Rental

Pros: the location can't be beat. Directly next to the main strip and walkable to the beach. Close proximity to downtown Charleston. The kitchen was well equipped and furniture was nice. The living room was spacious and it was nice every bedroom had an en suite bath. The screened in porch was really nice for hanging in the evenings and not dealing with bugs.Cons: the floors were very dirty and seemed like they had not been mopped for a long time. The bedding smelled musty and some of the sheets were still wet. The internet connection was horrible despite rebooting the router many times. We had multiple guests trying to work one of the days which caused a lot of issues. The pool is MUCH smaller than it appears in photos.

Good location

Great location of center street and to the beach.An elevator would be great since it is a haul up to the third floor bedrooms. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms- all en suite was perfect! The pool was great to have a hot tub for this time of year.

Great location and wonderful property

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is a great size for a big group and is in the BEST location in Folly's Beach. You are within a min walk from all the restaurants, bars and stores. I can't wait to book my trip back!!

Perfect Home for a Large Family

This house easily accommodated a set of grandparents, 4 married couples and 6 grandchildren! The room layout was perfect. The pool was nice for the children after getting back from the beach and nice for the adults in the evening. Would definitely rent again!

Great House for Large Group

The house was great. Well located near all the restaurants and nightlife, walkable to the beach, and while the pool is small, it served our group of 13 adults perfectly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. House was well decorated, beds and couches were comfortable, plenty of activities (pool table, ping pong, games, pool area, tvs in every room, etc...)

April Stay

The check-in process was easy and straightforward. The house was a quick walk away from Foley beach. We were provided with beach chairs. The pool was warm and the house was very nice. Perfect place for a large group vacation.

Great family getaway in Folly Beach!

We had 15 family members staying at any given time and this house was great! The only thing I would change would be a larger refrigerator and a half bath on the first floor. Other than that we loved the bedroom/bathroom configuration and large kitchen, dining table and living room. Snd thr location was amazing!

accuracy of listing

Per listing, there was supposed to be EV charging and internet which was not the case. First, the picture of the EV charger that is listed in the pictures is not actually in his unit's parking, but instead, the neighbors' house. Therefore, the charger can't be used when the next door's unit is booked as the charger is in the middle of their unit's parking. In addition, despite daily notification and contact with the unit manager, we did not have internet for 6.5 of the 7 days. This inconvenience resulted in a member of our party needing to leave after a few days as working remotely was unable to be achieved.

Beautiful place, wonderful area, perfect for family large vacation

We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean and inviting. Everything was as described in listing. Short walk to beautiful Folly Beach. Loved it, would stay here again for sure!

Awesome place!

We really enjoyed Bridget’s Bungalow and it fit our group of 16 perfectly! We really enjoyed the hurricane proof windows and doors that totally blocked out all outside noise. We didn’t read the fine details of the pool dimensions but it turned out perfect. We set up hammocks on the pilings in the carport area and the kids had a blast. The screened porch was perfect for lounging around and reading as well as dinners outside. The park nearby was perfect for bird watching and we walked our kayaks and paddle boards over to the boat ramp twice. We enjoyed the alley paths to the beach and had felt lucky we didn’t have to fight for parking spots or pay fees for parking close to the beach. The walk was great exercise every day and we settled near the fishing pier and sand volleyball court. So many options for things to do and shop! Thanks for sharing this great house!

Great place

The house is beautiful and spacious and near everything Folly Beach has to offer. I would recommend it for large groups who want to be together but have their own space. We were a group of 12 (adults and teens) and had more than enough room.

Family time

We were in Charleston for my father’s funeral. All of the siblings & grandchildren live out of town so this house accommodated everyone with sleeping & bathrooms. The large spacious common areas on the main & second floor were perfect for extended family & friends who came through the weekend to visit. We discussed renting again for more family time. Highly recommend for large families. While not on the front beach, it was an easy walk to the pier & center Street restaurants and shops.
