The hotel is in excellent location,staff is friendly and helpful.
The place is really nice. Its not modern but it has that italian feel to it so it made everything better.

If you're arriving by train, this is the perfect buget friendly hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and thought that the room was big and comfortable. (it did show a little wear and tear but nothing major) There is a nice market just around the corner and a great gelato bar in nearby Santa Novella Square. This is easy walking distance to all the major attractions.
The people there were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
