Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just one mile north of downtown Flagstaff, your beautifully remodeled 1,000 sq. ft. guest suite offers an awesome home base for exploring Northern Arizona! Great for hiking, skiing, or just relaxing. The suite opens to a patio with a private hot tub and a spacious shared, wooded backyard that backs to the Arizona Trail. We’re easy-going hosts, with no end-of-stay cleanup requirements! We'd love to host you. Welcome to Flagstaff! *We do not have a kitchen, but do have a Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven.

Your VRBO is completely private, with its own entrance. It is located at the back of the main house and shares only one wall. There is a door between the unit and the main house that is locked at all times.

One of our favorite features is the outdoor space, perfect for relaxing. The guest suite opens right onto a private patio with a luxurious, top-of-the-line hot tub just for you. We have it professionally cleaned and serviced every week, so it's always sparkling and ready!

Beyond the patio is a spacious, wooded backyard that backs directly onto the Rio de Flag and the Flagstaff Urban Trail system. You can access miles of walking and biking paths, including a scenic route that leads all the way into downtown Flagstaff, about a 20-minute walk.

The suite itself is solar-powered. For guests with electric vehicles, we offer convenient on-site EV charging for a small fee.

We will be available to answer questions, provide assistance, or welcome you to the neighborhood. But we value your privacy.

Dean & Jill were excellent hosts. Very communicative and addressed any concerns or needs we had immediately. The place was lovely and the hot tub was great! For those with long or thick hair, the water pressure in the shower is amazing!I highly recommend staying here if you're wanting a beautiful and serene environment while in Flagstaff.

We were here for both work and play, and like to have lots of space to work; this was it! The big bench dining table and work desk in a big separate room gave us plenty of space to work and a comfy sofa to relax on later. The bedroom was also very roomy with a comfortable king bed and lots of pillows (a must!). The shower was heavenly with the best water pressure ever. The hot tub was nice, clean and the perfect temperature to relax and look at the stars. The hosts were super friendly and left a complimentary bottle of wine; they were spot on with communication throughout. A beautiful, private, quiet spot that was perfect for the occasion. We will be back!
