Good parking lot No regular coffie in the room No soap for the sink
Good Location on the edge of Fernie, BC. Close to the highway, but we heard nothing on the side facing the away from the highway. Very clean, fresh paint, courteous and helpful staff. good sized rooms. Quiet. Average continental breakfast. We'd stay again!
Clean and basic hotel in a lovely, scenic area. Request a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway, as at times it can get a bit noisy.
Our room was large and roomy, with a queen bed, two comfort chairs, two other chairs, and a coffee table. We had full amenities: TV with cable channels (not necessarily the ones we are used to watching, but they worked!), a coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge. Our experience at other Super 8 Hotels did not always include these. The breakfast was adequate. A waffle maker would be nice, rather than waffles warmed in a toaster. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and helpful getting us to places we wanted to see. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
My gf and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and our overall experience was pretty good. The wifi was decent, the rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were nice as well. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff were nice. The only issue we had was that we had some very noisy neighbors and the hotel is supposed to be quiet after 9:30PM. We told the front desk and they asked them to keep it down but they did not. We ended up asking them ourselves and they obliged. Overall good hotel experience, good price I would reccomend this to anyone in Fernie. Plus its SUPER CLOSE to the ski resort! :)
We decided on the hotel because of the price and could not have been happier. Excellent location if you have a car. Easy in and out of town and to the ski hill. Great hot tub, free breakfast and internet. Very quiet even when full.
