Spacious, heated pool home on a one acre private lot with fishing lake. 2 separate well appointed sitting areas , 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a modern updated kitchen. Located 10 minutes from Englewood's Manasota Key beaches, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes to downtown Venice with is abundant restaurants, boutique shops, beaches and theater. 20 minutes to the new Wellen Park community with lakes, parks, restaurants and the Atlanta Braves Spring Training Ballpark.

Relax with the Family

Absolutely perfect! Clean and very spacious! Great location! Loved waking up and sitting by the pool and looking out on the pond! Very relaxing and close to the beach and other attractions. Walking path throughout the neighborhood was great to feel a bit closure to nature. Definitely will be back and looking to re-book next spring!
