Holiday home ’t Zeeuwse Uusje is located on the outskirts of Ellemeet, a small village nearby Renesse. The house is situated on the spacious holiday park ‘’De Haerde’’ and is surrounded by lots of greenery. You can recognise the house by its typical construction style originating from the seventies. Naturally, the interior design matches this typical architecture. Furthermore, the house is located close to the well-known Brouwersdam and the beach is also situated within walking distance (about 700 meters). Therefore, water sports lovers will absolutely love this place! In addition, the island of Schouwen-Duiveland is also a perfect holiday destination to enjoy the quiet, nature and make beautiful cycling or hiking tours. Also, you can enjoy lovely local gastronomy. Renesse and Scharendijke can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Both towns have multiple large supermarkets, a variety of shops and great bars and restaurants.

The living room is spacious and is styled with a cosy seating corner. Here, you definitely get to enjoy lovely family time or watch some movies on the flatscreen TV (with Netflix and YouTube) together. The dining area borders to the modern and open kitchen which is provided with all modern equipment.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gut geschnittenen Räume sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Küche – hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Bäder waren in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos etwas großzügiger als in der Realität. Es gibt keinen klassischen Flur – direkt hinter der Haustür befindet sich das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Der eigentliche Zugang erfolgt am praktischsten über die Terrasse und die dortige Schiebetür. Durch die Lage der Haustür im Schlafzimmer kamen vereinzelt Ameisen hinein, was aber aus unserer Sicht nicht dramatisch war und wahrscheinlich der Jahreszeit geschuldet ist.Das Dachgeschoss mit dem zweiten Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur über kleine Fenster lüften. An heißen Tagen ist das Lüften daher etwas eingeschränkt, was das Schlafen unter dem Dach erschweren kann.Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist toll, die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet, und insgesamt war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöner Gegend und Strand, Haus können wir nicht empfehlen.

Das Haus hatte im kompletten Erdgeschossbereich (die wir bewohnt haben), also Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer einen Beton Boden. Sehr Überraschend und Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sowas haben wir in vielen Jahren Urlaubshäusermieten noch nie gesehen und ich frage mich, wie es damit mit der Hygiene aussieht? Ansonsten war die Anlage und Umgebung schön.

Kleines Haus das in die Jahre gekommen ist

Eingang über die Terrasse, da Flur jz Schlafzimmer ist. Terrasse seit Wochen nicht gekehrt. Spinnengewebe in allen Ecken. Schuppen das reinste Chaos. Wasserhahn am Waschbecken lose, schaden wurde aber sofort behoben. Man merkt, dass das Objekt nicht mehr gut gepflegt wird im ganzen. Leider sehr schade. Lage ist toll! Ferienanlage alt, aber gepflegt.

Er was een vaatwasser, wel belangrijk als je vakantie hebt. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig. Mooi huisje op een mooie plek, met de weilanden vlak erachter, het strand op loopafstand..

Lage überzeugt!

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist für 3-4 Personen passend, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man ist relativ schnell am Strand. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich könnten gemütlicher sein. Mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand. Wir waren in der 1. Woche der Osterferien dort, da war es Ferienpark sehr ruhig. Da die Häuser z.T. recht nah beieinander stehen, kann man gut vorstellen, dass man in der Hochsaison von den Nachbarn schon einiges mitbekommt. Im Haus selber ist es sehr hellhörig. In der Nebensaison ist ein Urlaub in diesem Haus trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wir würden nochmal dort ein paar Urlaubstage verbringen.
