My only issue was that the tea pot was gross...it looked rusted inside and it was pretty cool inside as it was damp and raining all weekend.

We loved our week in Maine. The condo on the river was perfectly located to cruise all that Maine has to offer. Everything was as revealed in the advertising. Lots of areas to explore.

Great stay

Easy to find, parking for one vehicle easily accessible, clean, comfortable, pictures are accurate, relaxing, supplied with sheets, blankets, towels, soaps and shampoo , kitchen soap, paper towels, fridge good sized and clean. 2 TVs, one in living room one in bedroom. Did not use the fold out bed.

Nice Cabin

This was the first time in Maine. We enjoyed our time. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Area was very nice. I would like to come back and would stay in the same location.

This whole village is beautiful, quiet etc The BIG problem nobody is cleaning them! Heat filters 2 in dust, walls food and dirty, all the pots pans were greasy, food stuck ,ceiling lights vents packed with dust, stove top was bad, I told them over and over no response

The area perfectly suited my needs: close hiking trails, great people, scenery and restaurants. Laid-back, quiet surroundings. Loved the view from the deck. Will be back yearly. Did not like the substantial hidden fees. $96/night was great, until the entire cost was revealed. Unpleasant surprise. Place looked very clean until you looked under the furniture to see the discarded food and dirt. Still will be back.

Wonderful!

We loved every minute of our stay in this sunny, immaculate condo. Very well organized and a sense that the host cares about creating a good, comfortable stay. Beautiful view of the water from the deck where we saw a Bald Eagle and Ospreys. Excellent location. Very friendly neighborhood. We look forward to going back someday!

Nice but not great

Two towels for a nine day stay was the first thing that we noticed. There was no broom for the floor and most of the windows didn’t have screens. The biggest problem however was the loudness of the unit next door. We have been using home away/VRBO for 6 years and this was the first time we had a condo unit. Never again. Lesson learned. The view from the back deck was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It is small but not having owners on site or near was not easy to deal with.

This place was as promised: clean and simple, with a peaceful and lovely view of the river. TurnKey sends out directions to the place; if you stay here, read those directions as my phone GPS had no idea where to go.

Quaint but remote

The rental we had was very nice but in a sleepy town. Not much to do I n the actual town as there was road construction blocking everything for the entire week. Very quiet and a nice place to just relax

Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Property manager was very easy to reach to answer any questions and to extend our stay for another day! This was an economical find in a peaceful area.

We love our stay, the location is perfect. The condo is just right for two or four people.

The only thing is what I have seen in other reviews.. towels and wash cloths. Maybe it could be based on number of nights . Also the living room window does not have a screen and neither does the French Doors to the deck It would be nice to open the windows and doors on a cool day or night. It would also help the owners with ac cost. Also the bathroom sink stopper, it won’t go down using the handle. You have to push it down by hand. It does hold water and the handle does work to push it up. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We will be recommending to family and friends the condo and VRBO do to the professionalisms our reservation was handled from beginning to end

our stay was excellent because the accommodation was great but so was the area we stayed in. the 'neighborhood' was peaceful, friendly and quiet. we felt right at home right away. we're already talking about going to the same place next year--we were that impressed.

Brief family vacation

Nice property with beautiful view. Apartment was mostly spotless and well stocked. Separate air conditioning and thermostats in the bedroom and living area allowed us to adjust the temperature easily for our two year old who might be sleeping in the other room. My only critique is that the address itself is new and not found in GPS, a detail they don’t reveal until AFTER you’ve circled around several times trying to find the place.
