Many issues with my room. Couch was stained badly, office chair was stained badly, room would not secure when we were not in the room. Had to take items back to vehicle when we left for concert and then had to bring them back in once we got back to the hotel. bathroom door handle was broken and bathroom door would not latch. The heating/ac unit didn't work. there was hair all in the "clean" towels. There was a booger on the inside of the shower curtain. there were stains on the wall. The lampshades had holes in them. We felt dirty sleeping there but there were no other hotels in the near vicinity with availability that night so we had to stay in the hotel. I asked about refund and got the run around. horrible stay. I have photos and video of everything.

Great place! The beds were comfortable, only thing is where the mattress sits on “ Frame” kept moving and make loud sounds but over all it was a nice clean room & friendly staff! I would stay there again.
