Perfect Getaway

Our stay was perfect! The property was in a great location in relation to Rainbow Springs. The house was very clean and pleasant. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Check in and check out procedures were very simply. Highly recommended.

Memorial Day stay

Very beautiful listing. The back yard was not as expected so did not stay outside. The hammock were covered in green ish mold or maybe the pollen/grass? Back yard grass was pretty long. Sadly that was main thing we were trying to do while here. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were not. Bath mats still really wet and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Kitchen was alright, dishes were not clean what so ever had to rewash pots and pans along with silverware and plates. Virtual pretty and the rooms were clean which I guess all we need but we did cook while there so clean kitchen would’ve been great. Over all probably a 2-3 rating.

Quiet Getaway

Sunny's charming house provided the perfect peaceful retreat before our larger family vacation. My in-laws, spouse, and I instantly felt at home in the spacious home. The location had an ideal balance—conveniently close to amenities while offering a secluded, getaway atmosphere. The layout allowed everyone to feel as if they had their own space, and the generous backyard became our favorite spot to gather and relax.What truly set this experience apart was Sunny's exceptional hospitality and communication. Sunny was consistently responsive and went above and beyond by keeping us informed about scheduled services like lawn maintenance. From the welcoming atmosphere to the comfortable amenities, everything came together to create that rare "home away from home" feeling that every traveler hopes to find. A genuinely delightful stay that we would highly recommend to others!

What a gorgeous location and property! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful! It is very close to Rainbow River State Park and KP Hole! We really enjoyed the large backyard! Sunny was very communicative and responded promptly every time!

Cute cozy getaway

Very clean cute house. Only a few minute drive to Rainbow Springs park and kayaking spots. Super convenient! Lots of seating in the backyard and a nice fire pit! Owner was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out, we appreciated it!!

Great weekend away

House is super close to the springs which made it a nice retreat after being in the sun all day. My only comment is the backyard is quite beautiful but the furniture could use a good clean. We couldn’t use some of it because it was kinda dirty. Inside of the house was spotless and perfect though. Next kayaking trip I will definitely book again.

Birthday weekend in Dunnellon

The house was very nice, well furnished, and immaculate. Quiet neighborhood not far from Rainbow Springs and downtown. Everything we needed was there, plenty of dishes, cookware, like being at home. Nice backyard although the only thing we did there was use the grill as it was a cold weekend.We didn't have much contact with Sunny, the host, as it wasn't necessary. We were sent all the details we needed before we arrived, and nothing went wrong.I highly recommend renting tis home if you want to spend some time in the Dunnellon area. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. If we are going to stay in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Sunny for having us in your lovely home.Russ Rines

Excellent Stay for Scuba Divers!

The home was very clean and as described! The set up is perfect for scuba divers and those wanting to enjoy the nearby springs. The large garage made it super easy to load/unload and store tanks and gear. We were really close to grocery, shopping and a variety of restaurants. The host was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Rainbow Springs

This was a perfect spot for anyone visiting Rainbow Springs! Location is right across the springs and only couple miles from food, gas and groceries. The house was adorable and very clean. We had a great time and would definitely return! Thank you Sunny! 😊

Peaceful retreat for all ages

Our entire family enjoyed our stay here. It is obvious the owner wants to make it an enjoyable experience for all ages. The home was very clean, well-stocked with nice appliances and utensils. The property is quiet with a large backyard filled with amenities!

Close to being five stars!

Great location, great host! Here are the issues. 1 TV in the whole house, no extra bedding, and the grass needed to be mowed! All that being said, very nice on the inside and clean! Would stay again, if they put in additional TV's.

Great property, very clean and cozy, fire pit and hammocks. We used the GPS to go to Rainbow springs and it took us to the wrong entrance (tubbing entrance). Then a very friendly and helpful young lady gave us directions to the main entrance and it was a right and a left to the park from our place. Seriously it is really close to the park. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. Already making plans.
