A One in A Million Property

The property lived up to it's listing - clean, well located in a small rural New Hampshire community. Close enough to restaurants (the Peterborough Diner was a favorite of ours) and shopping areas but tucked away on a quiet country road. Hiking areas abound including a trail just a quarter mile down the road. But the real "star" of the "Field House" is the magnificent 18 acre field that serves as a backyard. During our stay turkey and deer passing through to feed were a common site and the well maintained field served as a play area for my Border Terrier. I have used VRBO for close to 20 years and I have never come across another property that offered such an expansive outdoor area. Well worth the visit.

Wonderful location for family gatherings

We had a wonderful stay at the Dublin field house. Brie was an attentive host answering questions about local dining and offering to pick up groceries ahead of our arrival. Our party arrived in stages so knowing there were already snacks in the fridge was a huge relief. On our way home we were already talking about when we could stay again!

Unique home in a beautiful spot

This is a really cool house — very spacious and light with a huge field surrounding it. We wish we could have stayed more than four days!! The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would like to visit this home again!

Wedding weekend

We used this property for a long weekend. The house was super clean and organized. Very quiet location, I went running each day and never saw more than 2 cars. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Spacious and quiet

This was a wonderful house … spacious and quiet. We were having a mini family reunion in conjunction with attending a niece’s wedding in NH. This house fit the bill perfectly. Large king-sized en-Suite master BR on the main (upper) floor, plus a 1/2 bath we all could use was great for my older brother & wife. The rest of the bedrooms were on the lower level, en-suite Queen, plus 2 Queens that shared a bathroom. A 3rd daybed in the downstairs living area made for extra capacity so all the adult cousins had privacy and accessibility. The upstairs LR, DR and kitchen were well stocked and comfortable. We spent most of our time however on the large covered deck with a nice cross breeze and comfortable chairs. Thank you for a great experience!

Family visit

Family in Swanzey hosted a golf Tournament the week of our stay, at we were at the Field House just to sleep, have breakfast, do a bit of laundry. Suited our needs so well. A little difficulty with the evening tv news—no local stations unless we logged into our personal streaming. Dublin Lake appears to be close by via the aerial photos, but is a short drive or an unsafe walk to. Would probably be good to emphasize there is no lake access. Overall. Great spot. We enjoyed!!

Visited for a Wedding!

Brie did a fantastic job with this place! It has a wonderful view, incredibly spacious and everything that we needed while we stayed at her home. My family and I came up for a wedding and it can be difficult to find a place that houses 7 people and two dogs but Brie was extremely accommodating and ensured our check in was seamless and our stay was stellar. The home was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our time here. The weather wasn’t great all weekend but the home has an outdoor deck covered by a roof that gives you the ability to enjoy all the place has to offer even when it’s raining heavily. Brie reached out regularly and answered any questions I had very promptly. Additionally she recommended some absolutely delicious places to eat with my family. Overall it was an incredibly relaxing weekend in a beautiful home with plenty of room for my dogs to explore out back. I would definitely stay again here if I’m attending another wedding in the area. Recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful quiet retreat (even saw a deer one morning in the backyard!)

30 year college reunion

This was a great property. We were a bunch of friends that came to get together for Alumni weekend at KSC in Keene. It was close to Keene (15-20 minutes) but the area was beautiful. Brie was awesome to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was big enough to provide private space for everyone but the common areas and covered porch allowed us to all be together. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic Long Weekend

The house was perfect for our group. We were here for a ski race at the Dublin School and it was the perfect spot to come home to. The couches were so great and the double living rooms were perfect for the teenagers watching a movie downstairs while the adults sat upstairs. The beds were comfortable, communication with owner was great. Overall a 5 star home and rental.

Great weekend getaway

Brie was super helpful and responsive to us every step of the way. The house had everything we needed and is very close to stores for anything we forgot. Lots of light and beautiful sunrises/sunsets from the porch make this a special place

Lovely spot!

We spent the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience! Check-in was easy and our host was very helpful. The bedrooms are all very comfortable, and the place is spacious enough to comfortably fit a large group. Great kitchen, too- the two ovens came in handy for Christmas dinner prep!
