The parking garage is extremely difficulty to get in and out of. There was no information on having to pay to use the hot tub in any of the details of the property. Parking should be included as well as any amenity uses such as the hot tub.

This hotel is centrally located in the town, offering excellent convenience for both transportation and daily needs. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We booked a family room and initially worried that having only one bathroom might be inconvenient, but were pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet and shower were separated—an ideal setup for a family. The hotel also provides a parking area, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Our family of four booked last minute in order to have a full day at the Neuschwanstein and Schloss Hohenschwanhau Castles. We were thrilled with our stay. Friendly and courteous staff, very clean, great location, delicious breakfast, and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely a five-star hotel! AC not functional on a warm night

This was the most expensive hotel our family of four stayed in on our 3 week trip through Europe and we thought it would be an exceptional night's stay. The AC was set so it couldn't go below 21 degrees Celsius though. That killed what would have otherwise been a great stay- although super pricey at any level of comfort for us. Couldn't sleep. Shelling out $600 bucks for a night of tossing and turning in the stale air warm ruined it. I mentioned something to the staff the next morning and was heard but they did nothing to make it right.

Our train did not stop and we were forced to go to Munich. Getting back would have taken 3+ hours and I had 2 exhausted kids who had been on the trains for 8 hours. Hotel refused to refund me even a portion. Booking non-refundable is on me, but even a small refund from a fully booked hotel would have been appreciated. Ultimately they are not obligated to do me a favor but I’m highly disappointed they wouldn’t budge even a little.
