The entire thing was a disaster. The parking fob is locked in the apartment so you have to pay for parking while you get the fob. The fob was in a lockbox behind the building in an alley. The box was frozen. I had to defrost it to open it. The elevator was broken - which a tenant told me happens every week. The fob did not allow me to get to the floor so I had to beg a stranger to let me up. I the could not access the apartment because the code was not updated. Finally the bot obviously communicated with someone because they unlocked the door remotely. I sent emails and texts and called. The phone is an automated number which gives you no access to anyone. There is no way - even in an emergency - to access a human. The text and email responses were from BOTS and I could not get anywhere. After 90 minutes of frustration I vacated the apartment and demanded a full refund.I was told (by the BOT ) for the next six hours that no money back could be guaranteed. I was told I had to sent photos of the broken elevator (?). It should be illegal to operate this way.
