Normally when you don’t know the property and you trust in the pictures posted you are expecting to have the reality vs pictures. This place is a mess , very old, too dirty, bathroom in poor conditions, I never will return neither recommend for sure

Very comfortable bed, clean room, and staff was second to none. The woman at the front desk was so kind. I got in late after a very long bus trip and she was so helpful. She gave me a late checkout and upgraded my room. I dealt with several staff members and all of them were very friendly and helpful. I know where I’m staying if I get back to Detroit!

This hotel was awful. Everything was dirty, there were stains on the sheets. All that is on the bed is 2 very thin sheets. The pillows felt like they just stuffed socks in a bag. No hot water on one of the days we were there. Tv remote didn’t work. Constant loud clunking in walls. Very thin walls and can hear everything in rooms across hall. There was a large window in the room that looks directly into the hallway across to the other rooms, and no other window in the room. Felt unsafe. There was a homeless person knocking on doors and followed us out of the hotel asking us for money as we left one day. The staff were actually very nice but that was the only good part.

The hotel is not in great shape. In the morning, we had no hot water and our toilet wouldn’t flush. The night time staff was great! She was super kind and helpful.

It was dirty and spots on the cover bathroom stay

It was very uncomfortable made it we checked in get in the room dirty spots on the cover the picture cover that we saw before we made the reservation total lie was nothing like what y'all said it was it was dingy dirty bathroom stay cold parking was terrible pretty sure I wouldn't want to stay there again and for adding photos of my stay didn't think about it at that time but I sure should have and I'm sorry I didn't

I don’t review often but this one was needed. Stayed for 3 nights, house cleaning one time would have been nice. The shower head and the bath faucet both were barely hanging on. The place seemed like it had lots of vacancy, why not avoid using these rooms until they are fixed They say you get what you pay for, with this one, we didn’t even get that.

Caution

I will be contacting hotels.com to consider removing this offering from their site. No refund of any amount could be provided. One issue was waking up to no hot water at 6am. I could not shower or bathe. The staff at the front desk was nice enough and said a maintenance person would look into it. No one came. Staff said I could talk to a manager for a refund when he came in later (Omar). No refund was given because booked through hotels.com. I did not need a full refund to be satisfied but maybe $50. No. Now I have reason to believe that this is ongoing and they put me in this part of the hotel knowing full well it had a hot water problem. I feel defrauded and will file a complaint with hotels.com. I trusted them up to this point. I'm rethinking. Caution.

The hotel room was very dirty. The sheets were very dirty. The pillows were very dirty the towels that they give you to wash and bathe with were no longer white. They were gray my pillows under the pillowcase had stains on them. The door in the bathroom was broke the light and over the sink in the sink area was broken and didn’t turn on. They were bloody towels in the hallway no maid ever came to my room to check if I need a room service it was a very, very bad day.

The pictures online don't reflect how bad this hotel is. I spent $500 for two nights and the hotel is disgusting. My daughter found red hair in her soap in shower, the entire hotel smelled like marijuana, we had a window into the hallway that did not feel safe. We travel a lot, this will be our last stay in a Baymont hotel. The advertised parking is really small and full and the advertised shuttle only ran after 4pm. Stay away, you can do much better with your hard earned money.
