Beautiful!

The room looks exactly like the pictures! The service and staff were so nice and welcoming ! Right off the ocean and right in the middle of everything. Never to far from good restaurants or things to do. First time being at this location and we will be back !

Clean and convenient

Close to everything and was clean. Perfect for 2 people. Only suggestion is the outdoor furniture may need to be replaced it was rusted. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location - condo could use updating

This was our fifth time staying at Sundestin. Location is great, but condo needs an update. The patio furniture is rusted and wobbly, so we used our own chairs from home. There were light switches that didn't turn anything on, so maybe labeling the switches would be helpful. Guest services and maintenance were both helpful. Looking forward to returning when all renovations are completed.

Stellar time!

This unit was perfect for my little family getaway. The view was a little obstructed, but not bad. I was able to still have the beachfront feel during my morning coffee on the patio. It was clean and stocked with a great selection of kitchen gear, extra bedding, and enough bathroom towels. I only wish it had a washer/dryer in unit. Overall, I would book this unit again!! Shoutout to the friendly front desk and PhatFish staff. SunDestin is a great beachfront location. Despite the onsite construction happening, it was not an issue.

Amazing!

I just wished I would've had a crockpot or air fryer! I could've cooked things that would have been ready or taken just minutes! It was just my husband and I and we both had an amazing time! We mostly stayed at the condo bc of the beach and pool, but did do a little shopping and lunch! I would definitely rent this condo again! I was worried Destin was gonna be loaded with young spring breakers but it was mainly families! I love Destin!

I would give 1-2 stars if I could base it solely off the customer support service I’ve received since leaving the property. The condo was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 small children. However, I accidentally left some of my dressier tops in the master bedroom dresser. I called 2 days after my trip, was told they would check on it. Got no response, called 2 days after that that’s when I was told to file a claim on this website. After doing the claim they send an email letting you know once your claim has been reviewed you will be notified. 4 days go by and I have yet to receive an email saying they reviewed my claim or a phone call with an update. So I call the next day to follow up, was told again they would check on it. Called back that following day, housekeeping was gone for the day and they would check with them and get back with me. I called back again today (this is now almost 2 weeks since I’ve checked out) and no one answered, I was sent to voicemail and I left a message. This is absolutely ridiculous I know my clothes were left in that condo and no one can give me a straight answer and are giving me the run around. I live 9 hours away and just want my clothes back.

Do not stay here

This unit is in complete disrepair. The furniture appears to be from Goodwill. The light switches do not turn on anything. Decor is non existent and the little there is, is poorly sized to the space. Appears they shopped at the beach store on the first floor. The kitchen cabinet doors are delaminating. There are 2 cheese graters if you are bored and want to have a cheese grating competition while on vacation. But don't go looking for a dry measure cup because there are none of those. Also missing basics like a kitchen scissor. The shower, although hot takes two hands to turn on or shut off. The showerhead is designed for those 5'4" and shorter. Water is so hard it sticks to your body. Shower is also dark. No additional sheets for the master bed. Bedroom light switches do not work, need to manually turn switches on floor lamps. TV remotes do not work. One remote has all the numbers and letters wiped completely off. Screen doors have several holes. One door is missing handle so hole is used to open and close screen. Chairs in dining room missing slides, feel bad for those below who have to listen to the scrapping of the chairs across the tile floor. No stools for counter. Balcony chairs so wobbly you feel like you might fall out at any time. There is more, but I do not have the time. Have been going to Destin for 41 years. Worst place we have ever stayed. Especially considering we paid 2k for a week. Thank God the beach and town are amazing!

Site very good, condo needs updating, lanai chairs &table rusted, afraid to set in!! Good kitchen. Tv In bedroom outdated as well. Pillows terrible, flat!!
