I would give 1-2 stars if I could base it solely off the customer support service I’ve received since leaving the property. The condo was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 small children. However, I accidentally left some of my dressier tops in the master bedroom dresser. I called 2 days after my trip, was told they would check on it. Got no response, called 2 days after that that’s when I was told to file a claim on this website. After doing the claim they send an email letting you know once your claim has been reviewed you will be notified. 4 days go by and I have yet to receive an email saying they reviewed my claim or a phone call with an update. So I call the next day to follow up, was told again they would check on it. Called back that following day, housekeeping was gone for the day and they would check with them and get back with me. I called back again today (this is now almost 2 weeks since I’ve checked out) and no one answered, I was sent to voicemail and I left a message. This is absolutely ridiculous I know my clothes were left in that condo and no one can give me a straight answer and are giving me the run around. I live 9 hours away and just want my clothes back.
