Clean, spacious, million dollar view and walking out on the balcony to hear, see and feel the ocean and beach access. Management was attentive upon checking in, check out was super easy. Will stay again when back in Destin!

The view was so picturesque it was almost unreal!Great condo with all amenities . We lacked for nothing. Very clean. We were all so sad when it was over. We didn't want to leave. Will definitely do this again! Thanks for everything Vacasa!

Nice Destin Condo Rental

The only reason I did not give 5 star is that the washer/dryer very unpredictable. I only got the dryer to work one day....very tempermental. Otherwise great place and great location.

Disappointed stay

I was not notified that the property was available. I went to the property after 4:30 and was able to get it. The smell was stale and moldy. Had not been just cleaned so could have gotten in a lot earlier like other companies have allowed. The master bedroom was unlivable because of the dirty, smelly, moldy carpet. I slept on the couch. Shower had mold..Kitchen stove had indicator lights out and no single server coffee maker.The kitchen supplies scarce. Will not stay there again and will try to avoid Vacasa. There service, cleaning and property maintenance is substandard.

Breathtaking views

The view cannot be beat. Access to beach and the amenities were top notch. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. We are already planning a return trip for next year. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Unit

The unit was clean, very comfortable and easy to find. The location was perfect. Close to grocery stores, and 15 minutes or less to most restaurants. Like all of Destin the beach was perfect. This would be a great unit for a couple or a small family.

nice condo but bare boned

lovely beach and view, but poorly equipped. No coffee filters, no tissues. We did not cook there, but basics such as salt and pepper, sugar missing. Really? Would probably pass on this unit next year.

Honeymoon Stay

Our trip at this condo was near perfect. The weather didn’t pan out, but we still found things to do. Even if it was chilling on the couch watching the waves! The access to the beach was right there, and it was so convenient! Since it was off season it was nice and quiet and we didn’t really hear any neighbors. The master bed was AMAZING. My husband wanted to bring it home lol! The only things I will suggest is to maybe add a few more homey touches. There weren’t blankets to snuggle with (I brought my own but that would’ve been a nice touch), board games for rainy days, and maybe more household essentials. We received dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and 2 laundry detergent tabs. We ended up buying our own dryer sheets and a little bottle of detergent so we could wash our clothes. None of this is a major deal, but that might help feel like the condo is more “homey” as it felt more like a hotel. We would gladly come back to this condo for our next trip!!

Wonderful facility!

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at Crystal Sands and every time is fantastic! If I am picking, the only complaint is that the door code did not work at 4 pm as we were told. It did open at 4:15 but that is not good when I have hauled all of my luggage up to the third floor at 4 pm and then realize I can’t get in……..I have seen comments about that before so I would suggest getting those locks available at 4pm….

Nice vacation

It was a good location. Right beside the public beach access, so got busy quick. Pool area is small and the room had a very musty/mold like smell and floors were sticky. Overall we had a good stay, location is great. Close to shopping and food.

Good enough

Our 10th trip to Destin, first and last time at time at Crystal Sands. The unit had some downfalls to say the least. The back bedroom upstairs with the double twin beds was locked and inaccessible. According to the listing there were 2 full bedroom and a loft area, the second bedroom was completely locked off! The dishwasher wouldn’t stay on, and was not braced into the cabinets. The washer was ok and dryer is a fire hazard, the dryer vent was mangled and had holes in it and sounded like it was ready to blow up, it was scary to use. And then the bedding, my gosh it was paper thin, thank goodness we brought blankets from home! For what we paid for the unit I would expect much better than what we had, we won’t stay at Crystal Sands again.

A lovely, updated condo

We came in for a wedding, spent the most relaxing week. The condo is much nicer than the others in the building, updated walk in shower in the master, great kitchen etc. The staff were very friendly and the beach is beautiful!
