Catch gorgeous sunsets with family and friends on the massive private balcony with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, the garage is off limits to guests.
