Perfect stay in great neighborhood

The house was lovely and so well-appointed, the hosts have thought of everything and then some! We loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to great shopping and restaurants and appreciated the host recommendations for dining. We spent 10 weeks and felt right at home- we already miss Garfield and Cherry Creek!

Beautiful, spotless, perfect property!

This townhome is just beautiful! It was absolutely spotless which is a huge deal for me and the on hand amenities were plentiful and perfect. We had just a couple of small glitches with the entry pad but other entry options filled the gap during our stay and the owners were so gracious in making it all right. With most of our grown children and grandchildren in Denver, we look forward to utilizing this property any chance we can!

Home Away from Home

I stayed at Brooke and Tim's home with my husband and son while my son interviewed for jobs in Denver. It was truly a haven to return to each day! We so appreciated the clean, comfortable and stylish accommodations and exceptional communication from Brooke and Tim. A++ on how well stocked the home is, as well. We lacked for nothing! The location is excellent, as well, and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and shopping in charming Cherry Creek. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect home in quiet neighborhood

Property is quiet, comfortable and has tons of space. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet and convenient to restaurants (walkable) and downtown Denver (short drive). We stayed while doing some hiking both in RMNP and Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful October stay in Denver

Our family was in town for a wedding. This home was spacious and perfect for us to have our own space and yet great space for us gather. The owners were welcoming and great to work with. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Denver

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and located on a peaceful street. We walked easily to several shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfy beds. The information that the owner gave us on dining and sites to see were really helpful. We combined a work trip with some fun. We highly recommend and we’d absolutely stay here again when in Denver.

Home Sweet Home in Cherry Creek

We loved our stay at Brooke and Tim’s home in Cherry Creek. The location is amazing. We didn’t rent a car, walked all over Cherry Creek for shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and exceptionally equipped. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. They actually brought me fresh ground coffee! I highly recommend staying in this home, and plan on making it our home every time we visit our family in Denver!

Comfortable, Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a lovely home with plenty of room for our stay of 10 nights. We especially loved the neighborhood walks and tree lined streets. An added perk was our 25 minute walk and free entry to the Denver Botanical Gardens compliments of our host. The Gardens are lovely…a must see. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Cherry Creek stay

Tim and Brooke are wonderful hosts, they have a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom 2 story, home plus a finished basement with garaged parking. The beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. It’s a great neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping in Cherry Creek. You can also walk to the park along the creek. I even found 2 pickleball locations nearby, Gates Tennis Center and one in Glendale. I highly recommend this listing and will stay there again next.time. Thanks again Tim & Brooke.

Beautiful home in north cherry creek

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town. We were very pleased with the communication with the owners and how well the home is appointed. It’s a beautiful home in a great location. Less than a mile walk to the area of Cherry Creek with shops and restaurants. All around great stay!
