I was looking for a hotel with parking close to the airport as I was traveling from Boston with a friend for a wedding in Colorado Springs. We needed there to be parking for our rent a car, near a highway and food as we were out of towners. When we pulled up I noticed that there was ZEROOOOOO parking as the hotel was under construction. After a long day of working and traveling at almost midnight having to park next to a grill and construction equipment was not pleasant. The front desk was just a small folding table that also hosted breakfast and seating area. The elevator was gross so we took the stairs with all our bags. I am extremely disappointed in both Orbitz and La Quinta as they should have forwarned me about the construction taking place and lack of parking. The room itself was newly renovated which was nice but I was happy my stay was only from midnight Friday to 7am Saturday.

The exterior was visibly pleasing. However there was construction going on during our stay so the inside lobby area and other areas had issues. Due to the construction equipment in the parking lot made for inadequate parking. Other than that the hotel was accommodating and had great amenities.

We had a clean, comfortable king bed suite. My flight into Denver was delayed 10 hours and they extended our checkout time by four hours so I could get some much needed sleep.

Okay experience, staff could be friendlier. Lots of odd smells there. Breakfast needs help.

La Quinta did a great job on the remodel in the rooms!

My main motivation for selecting this hotel is that it allows dogs at now extra charge. The facility was pleasant and it is conveniently close to the airport with a frequent shuttle. If you're travelling with a companion pooch, I highly recommend this hotel. It is more functional that fancy but more than acceptable for airport-related travel needs.

Always a pleasure. This time no hot water in AM. Found a room with hot water for a shower and refunded the entire stay--will definitely stay again!

Was charged $200, pretty pricey for a hotel being remodeled that doesn't even have a restaurant or a bar.

My room had been remodeled and was very nice. It was very clean. I would recommend to anyone and stay there again.

Clean. Close to airport with shuttle. Doing renovation, which wasn't mentioned. Smelled like paint.

The hotel was really nice. They are still in the midst of renovating but the 5th and 6th floors are finished (aside from the elevator area). No loud noise was heard during our 1 night stay. The upgrades were very modern and clean. Felt comfortable and relaxing.

24-hour free shuttle to DIA, which is only about 15 minutes away. Punctual wake-up call. Room AND BATHROOM updated and clean. Extensive free continental breakfast. Computer and printer in lobby to print out your boarding pass (if you're like me and still like to have it on paper) Indoor pool and hot tub to relax before you and your family dash off in three different directions. Several decent restaurants very close by, so if you have a super early flight or are just exhausted from your trip, you don't have to drive around or go into Denver for dinner. Amazing value! I had stayed at a La Quinta near San Francisco airport last year and was very pleased with it, so when I was looking for a hotel near DIA I gravitated to this one. I was not sorry! From now on, La Quinta will be the first place I look.

This is definitely not the type of experience we wanted you to have! I will take this opportunity to provide coaching to our front desk team and I will have our Maintenance team double check all ice machines to make sure they are in working order. I hope you give us another chance to provide you with a better stay!

accessible & close to airport

The exterior was visibly pleasing. However there was construction going on during our stay so the inside lobby area and other areas had issues. Due to the construction equipment in the parking lot made for inadequate parking. Other than that the hotel was accommodating and had great amenities.

We had a clean, comfortable king bed suite. My flight into Denver was delayed 10 hours and they extended our checkout time by four hours so I could get some much needed sleep.
