This was a great place. The host's communication was amazing. There were lots of nice extra touches, such as labels on light switches, clear directions for the electronics, filtered water and snacks, and humidifiers in the bedrooms. The Native American decor was lovely and welcoming.

Beautiful home was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the extras in the bathroom, tv apps, office setup with monitors and docking connection. My husband and I just spent a week at Flyer's Nest Townhouse and were very happy with everything about this rental. It was very clean, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well apportioned. Graeme has thought of everything that you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The furnishings are all very comfortable with lots of seating in the living area as well as a nice chair in the master bedroom. The master shower was lovely and stocked with soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer are on the bedroom level so there was no need to lug laundry up and down stairs. The rental is in a very good location for easily going into Denver - we took the train in - or going into the mountains. We went hiking in Boulder and to Red Rocks for a holiday light show as well as into Golden for another hike. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Denver area. We will certainly be staying here again if it is available for our next trip.

Met all our needs!

My husband and I loved staying here! Everything was as advertised, the office was perfect, kitchen and bathroom well supplied, including plenty of food storage containers and sharp knives. Instructions were clear and timely, and the host super responsive. And very conveniently located near 287. Our son and his family live nearby, this will definitely be our go to for future visits.

What a great find

I'm in town visiting my sister who happened to be in the hospital, My other sister and I got to stay here comfortably and have enough room without running into each other. All the appliances we needed were here, we really enjoyed our stay and our host thought of us by providing us small snacks for a stay. Great neighborhood, great beds, great location!

Everything You Need to Explore the Front Range

We stayed in this VRBO for an extended period (16 nights) and it was fabulous. The home is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need for either a short or longer stay. Some VRBOs can be skimpy on home furnishings, kitchenware, etc., but this place is well stocked! The third bedroom, which is set up as an office was fantastic for my husband to work remotely -- printer and two monitors made it easy. Our dog enjoyed the neighborhood walks and the open space with trails right next door, accessible from the neighborhood. Close to many great areas and hikes to explore. Graeme was very responsive and helpful with our questions upon arrival. Great place!

Wonderful Townhouse, centrally located

We traveled to Westminster for a wedding and found this super clean, well equipped townhouse close to venues, RTD and sightseeing. Graeme was very responsive to questions about the area so it was a great stay! I highly recommend. The kitchen had everything you needed for a a quick meal or a chill evening.
