Steps from the square with everything a thriving Main Street town has to offer - coffee houses, live music, scratch cocktails, wine shop, cheese shop, fine dining, tacos, bakery, clothing stores, gift shopping, antiques, vintage clothing, drop in gyms, sports bars, parks, courthouse on the square, museums, galleries, etc. UNT and TWU are each 1 mile from here. Easy access to 35E&35N
The space
This luxury townhouse in the heart of Downtown boasts 1600 sq ft. 2 bedrooms each have attached full bathrooms with plenty of privacy. You get an office space and laundry space that separate the 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the other…a queen bed. Linen duvet wraps the down comforters on both beds. Latex mattress keeps guests cool in the Queen room. The king bed is a hybrid mattress (not bed in a box) with a plush pillow top. Both have cooling mattress protectors.
